    Good Morning Jada!!!!! Thank U!!! Believe it or not, you are the VERY FIRST fitness trainer that has gotten me off of my desk chair, away from the computer this year to move my body. Your workout was easy but purposeful, and your voice was not aggressive, just calm and relaxing in helping me to enjoy the workout from the beginning of the workout to the end.
