E29: Sunland Park, Where the Border Wall Stops, the Migrants Will Come

  • Our next stop in the Across the Border series takes us to the El Paso/Ciudad Juarez area. Sunland Park is a neighborhood in the extreme SE of New Mexico and is a suburb of El Paso and the where some of the busiest CBP officers along the border are working. Likely because of the breakdown of power projection of the Juarez Cartel, there doesn't seem to be a lot of control over who is allowed through the wall and it's hopping! This is a geographical survey of the area, and a return at night to see some of the action.

      @@kevinbroadway5398 thats my thought. I think as the train goes around that big bend, it slows and it'd be possible to make a run from where the wall ends to the rail cars, and be shielded largely from sight by CBP
