Beatrice Rana is a tremendous pianist and has such a sunny disposition. It’s nice to see Harvey Sachs too. He has written some very fine books, I especially liked his biography of Arthur Rubinstein. I saw that performance of the Debussy Toccata from Pour le Piano at Fondation Louis Vuitton from the first row and it was even more spectacular in person.
An extraordinarily gifted young woman. She is a highly intelligent dedicated young musician with a well balanced view of her meteoric career, and what a charming demeanour.
Beatrice is an incredible pianist as most are that compete in the Cliburn. I am so happy I gave the piano up after my first year of the doctoral program ... I never, ever could play like this.
Already in her Goldberg Variations of Bach she ist klasse, as we Germans would say. ;-) But these sounds evoke recordings to Paganini. Chapeau, Madame Rana!

If you perceived it that way the reason must be your inadequate cognitive abilities and skills. I studied with ABM , heared him many times "live" ...rest assured me and the rest of the audiences in those concert halls were mesmerized by his incredible tonal control, fantastic color palette and sublime penetrating sound. You sir, are not in a position to critisize this Master. I don't care about your credentials.
