- Alick Macheso, is a Zimbabwean musician. He came onto the music scene as a solo artist in 1998, with his debut album Magariro, which carried "Pakutema Munda".
He is well known throughout Southern Africa as one of the most successful singers and ranked among the best bass guitarists on the continent. He is Zimbabwe's best-ever selling artiste with his album Simbaradzo being the highest ever sold album in Zimbabwe. Macheso is arguably the best sungura artist to ever emerge from Zimbabwe.

Ending part very emotional. I had a workmate who used to sing this song and at one time I asked him about his life. He said "my father left my mother when I was 2days old. This song is reminding me of my past" to me Macheso is a preacher who by every means want to unite people. In one of his songs Mwari wenyasha.... The ending part was so touching 😢 I could see kuti mukuru vadzamisisa pfungwa. The message in the song Baba inorwadza. Some of the the things zvinoitwa nevamwe nevarume zvinokanganisa future yevana. Let's learn from the song varume tizazosiya vanamai vega nevana vachitambura. Hazvisi nyore kuyarutsa vana amai vari vega mutoro wacho mukuru kwazvo.
