Go to symbology and choose singleband pseudocolor and then in color ramp click-on create new color ramp from there you can create your own color palette

It says "Your requested data from CHRS is not complete. Rectangle/shape is out of data domain. Latitude is above 60", even when I selected watershed.

The shapefile shouldn't be uploded in the. Shp, or . Shx format. Why it is so?
