I am in Texas and my wife and I are in our late 30s and just registered to vote this week. We can’t keep making excuses thinking that we are in a red state and it won’t matter.
It matters *most* in a Red state! People here in Oregon are always telling me they think it's such a Blue state that their Blue vote won't make a difference. I'm afraid if enough people think that it will. Please vote regardless of how you believe others will be voting. Enough people have to do that so it can reflect the true will of the people.

As someone who is workong on the ground here in ohio, yesterday i was at an event of about 110 people. 75 registered to vote. 63 were women in very red city. All were between the ages of 18 to 35. An additional 10 were people purged that reregistered. In my 4 years of helping bring awareness i have never seen excitement like this.

Any of you in Ohio...check your voter registration. They took 150,000 people off the Ohio voter rolls. They have reasons for it. I have voted in all of the elections and this years Ohio's Primary this year. I went to check my status and I was one of the 150,000 removed.
