Doing this has really made me realize how out of shape I’ve become 😩 I was down my whole trimester feeling extremely sick and exhausted now I’m in my second and I’ve been feeling so much better and trying to get my mental and physical together and this helps a lot. Getting back in shape and flexibility for a healthy delivery currently I’m 17weeks and 4 days so I want to make sure I can do everything to have a safe healthy and happy delivery. So thank you! 🙏🏾

I’m 14weeks 6days today was my actual first day of prenatal yoga. My first trimester had my head down the toilet and in the bed. After I did this video I felt so relieved and stretched, I’ve been having bad but cramps in my left cheek, and today woke up with my right arm feeling numb and tingling. Yes I’m definitely doing this yoga video everyday soon as I get up in the am! Thank you so much 🥰

I’m 20 weeks and just now have the energy and motivation to exercise. I’m out of shape and with baby even more so lol My heart rate definitely went up during the squats and I’m not sure if it’s safe but I finished it out to calm my breathing. This exercise and a few others will hopefully get me in shape in time for delivery (and help with my back and hip aches). Thank you ❤️

I did this routine from second trimester until birth and it helped a lot! It wasn’t too challenging and I am a beginner for yoga. It did take me two weeks to complete the entire routine properly as I progressed slowly. This routine helped prevent tearing during labour (sorry TMI) and I had no stretch marks, and got back to my pre-pregnancy body within 3 weeks after birth. Thanks!!

I loved this sequence. Have been doing it on and off a few times a week since my second trimester, I’m now 31 weeks. The first few times I did it I wasn’t able to last throughout the standing exercises but now I can go through the whole sequence with more stamina and balance and my body (usually riddled with aches pains and stiffness after a short while from not doing yoga) feels so much better, more flexible and stronger. Thank you so much for this video and sequence!

I do yoga stretches every day to help with my back (I have scoliosis) but since finding out I'm pregnant again I've had to switch it up a bit and have started doing this one everyday instead! I must say I have weak wrists and initially couldn't do the reverse table without turning my hands the other way but after just over a week I can feel my wrists getting stronger and actually managed to do it today! 😍 💪🏼

Holy cow I did not expect that to be so intense, but in a good way!! I will definitely be using these poses more often now. I generally do simple yoga poses to help stretch myself out but I have to say these definitely got me out of breath today and the stretches I could actually feel really well and know they were working. Thank you and hopefully I’ll find more of your pregnancy yoga for beginners to do! It’s a great thing to have especially during these times right now considering I can’t exactly go to a yoga class right now so I’m glad to have videos like this that are easy and simple to follow and understand.

I did this video everyday for the last 3 weeks of pregnancy and my labor was EASY! I did use an epidural but once it was time to push, 2 pushed and my little one was out! I had no tears, no damage to my vagina. I left the hospital the next day! No need for pain meds either for recovery, just a little swelling! I believe by the grace of god and this video, I was able to have a smoother delivery than my first pregnancy!!

So, I did this starting in the second trimester with my first pregnancy, which was a remarkably easy one (thank God). But I'm in my third trimester, second pregnancy, and have been having some issues with breathing and general pain that I don't recall from the first. It occurred that I never re-started this routine. Within minutes my lungs felt like they opened up. Yoga, this routine especially, really does make a massive difference. Would definitely recommend and am very grateful that it's here!

I’m 40 weeks pregnant and I’ve been doing yoga exercises a few times a week starting from second to third trimester. And daily light stretching and some walking. I feel great! I was already doing yoga before my pregnancy, so this level of yoga sequences is not that bad but the added weight is making it a bit harder. I’m still glad I was able to do the leg workouts. Now I need to hydrate and rest hahahah 😪
