Firmly push the ram in at a 45deg angle before pushing it gotten to locked in place. If it was seated correct at the 45deg ángle then it will lay flat perfectly and the latches will fit into the slot perfectly and the computer will show the correct amount of ram

Update your bios first then install the ram
@pavy415 it's upgraded to the Bios 316 but where you have "Windows boot manager" there's nothing on mine

I don't know this is ddr5 ram your can be ddr4 3200 I just researched it

Nothing you just keep trying until it looks maybe bend the sides slightly
