Very informative video and it has answered many of my questions which I had for years but none to be answered. During my over 8 years of ownership of Polo 1.2 TDI, I always observed that this car behave differently in different condition and I always used to wonder if this is having some sort of machine learning integrated into it, for example braking response during sudden and normal conditions, even amount of applied pressure of brake pedal is same but how quickly that is applied and the distance between the car in front changes the braking response. And I always wondered how come they can sell these cars at such prices, but now I know like Fiat they were also selling their cars at losses. Hope good sense prevails and people start recognizing value of these cars.
If you have skipped this video even for 10 seconds then you are not a real VW/Skoda Lover...Maja Aa Gaya Paaji..❤️❤️💯💯💯💯 We Need More Session Like This...💯💯💯💯

I am literally impressed by the knowledge of Munish Ji. I can literally listen to him all day. Probably the best 40 mins of my life invested in a video. Please bring more videos with Munish Ji on a regular basis. I am already seeing forward for your next video with him. And thanks to you to Paaji for presenting such an informative video.
This man has more knowledge than any of the auto journalists present on youtube. Some of his points really made sense & I can vouch for it as well, like the smart learning / AI for gearbox. I can literally feel the difference in the timing of gear changes when any other person drives my VW, it adapts from person to person. Truly advanced stuff. Also no other manufacturer gives cylinder de-activation tech, which is also a technological advantage. This video has reassured me for my purchase of Taigun but still have to wait and observe for the long-term. Both the parts are enthu stuff. Kudos to both of them.
Sorry to say that I am a i20 3rd gen owner.... hats off to the knowledge base of the person..hidden talent of Indian motoring industry. Make a Vedio with him ..." How to inspect a 2nd hand car in his view"
A Love Letter to My Tenacious 2011 Vento: My fiery Ferrari Red Vento, a 2011 December model bought pre-owned, isn't just a car. It's a testament to the enduring spirit of this German machine. Sure, a single injector hiccuped early on, but that's a mere blip in its glorious run. While I could easily upgrade, this beauty simply refuses to let me go. Every time I hit the highway, its automatic drive mode kicks in, transforming into a road-dominating beast (though my cautious nature keeps me cruising smoothly). I even witness other cars, like that desperate Innova, struggling to keep up! Perhaps it's the magic of my trusted mechanic, a VW ex-pat who knows this car like the back of his hand. Or maybe it's the Xado oil I dabbled in or the meticulous care I shower upon it. Whatever the reason, my running costs are surprisingly low. Recently, we peeked into the EGR - pristine except for a touch of sludge, a testament to this engine's resilience. Injector cleaning and a fresh engine adaptation later, the thought of a new car simply evaporates. Forget hefty insurance premiums! I spend a fraction on parts and services compared to new car owners. But let me be clear - aftermarket parts are a no-go for this German thoroughbred. Trust me, I've experimented, and only carefully chosen, engine-unrelated mods make the cut. This Vento isn't just a car; it's a story of loyalty, unexpected thrills, and the joy of owning a timeless classic. So, if you're looking for a car that purrs like a lion, turns heads like a Ferrari, and runs like a champ, even a decade later, look no further than the VW Vento 1.6 Diesel. Just remember, treat it right, and it'll reward you with a lifetime of adventures.
Feeling even more proud after watching a video on my vento 1.6 mpi. I still love it. Still on stock clutch and suspension. It's from 2011 with 1.41 lacs kms.
What a guy.. this is called enthusiasm. He knows what he is driving. I own a vento tdi 1.6 , never got this much of knowledge. Thanks for making us understand about the VAG group.
Hatttssss offff !!!!! I am a hardcore vw enthusiast. Still don’t know a lot of facts which he talked about. Also the maintenance tips he gave. My vehicle is at 1.4Lc mark. Was planning to sell it off next year. Now planning to just get it repainted. Get all the necessary things done. And drive it for another 5-6 years. Thanks !!!❤
MPIs may not have floating codes but I have observed in 1.6 MPI that it reads driver's inputs and adapts. I have driven so many NA petrol engine cars but VAG MPI NA engines may not be high revving but are so torqy in lower end which in my opinion are better than high revving Japanese Vtech n VVTs which makes them dull in city driving n instant pickup needs. I wish to have a detailed discussion with Sunder bhai n Munish ji together. May that day comes soon. Lots of love from Maharashtra
Very informative video, sir . My vento clocked 2 lakhs kms recently in 5 yrs . Still feels like new one on highway while cruising. Japanese and korean can never make up to it 💯
Eye opener. Never imagined to be hooked into watching the entirety of both parts. Kudos to Sunderdeep and Mr. Munish for such an abundantly informative content.
OMG 😱!what a beautiful, incredible video! I am already fan of vw(own ameo) but after watching this video respect and love increase towards vw/skoda. I must say if Laurin and klement would have been alive they would have come to you and hug you for this such wonderful video.
This man should be the brand ambassador of the VW group. A true VW enthusiast. The informations he shared was unbelievable, I don’t think you can gather this amount of knowledge from anywhere in RUclips. Thank you so much for making a video with Munish ji, please do bring more videos with him so that we Indians learn how to keep a VW car properly and use it to its fullest.
As a Vento 1.6 TDI 2013 owner, I absolutely concur with so many things mentioned here. I have a second car, an automatic creta, but still can’t get myself to sell my Vento. I have now decided to spruce up my old car and keep it until it’s time to scrap. Absolutely loved this video. Thanks to both of you.
This was one of that discussion which you never wants to end.. and what a discovery in the form of Mr Manish - a true auto enthusiast, amazed at his deep understanding and knowledge... thanks Sunder paaji for bringing such a rich content
Mr Munish = VW Wikipedia Already knew some of the terms he used but still very informative. I am with you (If VW & Skoda leaves) scooter/bus me chalenge btw The cat at the end was cool 👍
🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻Yeh video dekhke zindagi me bhot kuch mil gaya. I own a laura 2007 run 285000 km run as taken on day one. I am the second owner and i have personally driven it for 170000 in7 years. Its just as i sit on first day of running the vehicle. I also own a rapid now. I would like to surely make a video on my laura Sunderdeepji. I am going to repaint it at brotomotive in the near future. The knowledge gained by Mr.Munish is just🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻. I do lot of google on all types of knowledge for auto sector, but he is an idol with experience in this auto industry. Gem like knowledge. Munishji🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻.
Hands Down , this is the best Auto info video ever made on Indian RUclips ! I am the owner of two VW cars since last 11@ years and I literally felt his words.. Amazing content and knowledge...Looking forward for many such video !
While watching this video I didn’t felt that this videos 42 minutes 😂 watched both your videos. Don’t worry to upload lengthy video. this is very informative videos
Love ❤ from the Bottom of My Heart ❤ to Both of You. It was an absolute pleasure listening to part 1&2, I am myself a auto enthusiast and closely following VW since it’s inception in 2010. This much deep knowledge I never heard from anyone. 🙏🙏🙏🙏 I booked and cancelled Polo in 2010 as it had three cylinder engine, it was a deal breaker for me, got Swift VDi instead but kept rumbling for next six years due to low build quality, rattling sounds and panel gaps😀. In 2016 booked and cancelled VW Vento TDI AT Highline in favour of altogether different segment of AUV - Isuzu D-Max V-Cross. 😃 Now after riding 80k and six years I realise it was a mistake cancelling Vento, I could never stop loving VW. 😍 Both vehicles purposes are different, for my style and family Vento was the best option. So proud of Munish Ji and his passion for knowledge and helping attitude, You are specially Blessed 😇😇😇 Munish Ji. My humble suggestion- YOU SHOULD SERIOUSLY CONSIDER STARTING RUclips CHANNEL or BECOME A EXPERT PANELIST on VARIOUS AUTO CHANNELS - To give genuine knowledge, feedback and suggestions for betterment of Indian Automobile Consumer Community. It would be a WIN-WIN Situation between Consumers and Manufacturers. Key learnings: Floating ride dynamics based on ML and AI - Mind Boggling revelation 🤲 😇👏👏 Rear axle doesn’t crumple due to inherent structural rigidness or proper engineering 💪 Use of Titanium/ Platinum high tensile strength materials 💎 High Quality Borg Warner Turbocharger and why it’s costing 1.5 Lacs 💰 Centre of gravity concept, awesome explanation, nobody ever thought or even explained this 🪔 Use of water based colours responsible for 6/7 years anti corrosion and paint protection warranty 💡 Importance of using right air filter and right engine oil 🎇 I fully agree with the suggestions given by Sunderdeep Ji about how VW can do some improvements in India to have a positive impact on sales numbers. I too feeling from long time about below: 1. They need to fill product gaps immediately in fast selling segments like - [ ] Hatchback - Launch Global Next Gen Polo on MQB01_IN platform - [ ] Compact SUV - [ ] Smaller sedan than Virtus - Basically Next Gen Vento - [ ] Electric range like ID4, ID3 etc making suitable models for India market like ID2, ID1 etc. 2. Never go away from its core values of Safety and Durability 3. Need to Indianise communication, compared to competition VW mass communication sounds more Foreign than Indian, more touch points, road shows, engagement opportunities need to be explored - auto journos / enthusiasts through impactful use of social media can help immensely. 4. They should explore petrol hybrid options too ALL THE TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE SHARED BY AN INDIVIDUAL SHOULD HAVE COME FROM THE BRAND in some form / forum, public should at least know then they won’t feel bad as they were already aware. Hope VW realises this aspect. 🙏😊 Finally request Munish Ji to share his social media credentials so that we can follow him and have pleasure of life long association with him for his knowledge and wisdom. I have already subscribed to Sunderdeep Ji’s Channel and I am going to circulate these two important videos in all my enthusiast network. Once again THANK YOU SO MUCH 😊🙏
As I am from Automobile industries, earlier thinking that I am having well worst knowledge about volkswagen product specially, but seriously after watch this I am 🤐. Can’t speak more in front of that person. Hope now after watch this vedio, people should bring back respect for Volkswagen… Mr Munish ji,, you really deserve hats off.. And also thanks to Mr Sunderdeep ji for find out this man from another planet who having wide wide knowledge, which is very beneficial for every car lover. Will meet you Munish ji soon.
I booked Virtus 1.0 and I had some doubts but... after watching this video... I am feeling I made the RIGHT decision ☺️ Thanks Sunderdeep ji and Munish ji... for both videos. Honestly, I loved it ❣️
Munish bhaisahab, ye kis line me aa gaye aap?😂 Super impressed by your knowledge and time invested to gain such fine details! Ise kehte hai paksh rakhna😅
What a lovely 2 part video series . So much good information shared as to how to keep your car healthy and long running. For people who love their 4 to 6 Yr old cars this video is so insight. Also this gentlemen is a car lover and has so detail knowledge about cars and technical details of spare parts. Loved the long video didn't want the video to end
I am an Auto enthusiast and I thought, I have great knowledge in automobile technology...but I am very impressed by Munish ji..literally he is far more ahead of many automobile enthusiasts ...I don't know How 40 minutes passed...I can't skipped a second..
Ek Number...even more proud to be tdi owner now. I can watch a 3hour video by both you guys...honestly would love to hear more it was definitely an enlightening session
Simply Awesome!!! What a fabulous mixture of knowledge and insights Munishji has provided. Being the owner of Vento TDI 1.6, I really enjoy watching this video atleast once in every two month's. Such kind of review and knowledge is not which one can buy, the amount of experience and hard work done by Munishji is truly very appreciating. Always keep a tap to check on you new videos.
I have a VW Polo TDI HL 2013, it was my primary car for 7 years. I drove it for around 1.8L KM. I thought I have driven extensively. Not anymore. He has driven 3.5 Lakhs KM. I agree with him on all the points. VWs are pure mechanical engineering delight.
Jabasdast sunder bhai,... Pehle and dusra...dono video abhi khatam kiya....mast ekdam, Being A Mechanical Engineer and Skdoa Owner, it was really fun and valueable session, thanks Munish Ji
What a Practical Users Experience and with Technical Knowledge the Video Content has been shared on You tube ! Really Great ! Very Amazing . Expecting Few more Technical Content on VW Vento Please . Thanks a lot for sharing .
These kind of videos raise the standard of youtube...seriously....no exaggeration. He has summed up so many things on just one go. I own a Skoda Rapid and i can relate every word of what he said. These cars are built differently...no bullshit stuff ..just pure engineering.. Thanks for coming up with such content ..
Viewers need short vids, but enthusiasts need atleast this, superb content with knowledge ,drove Jetta tdi 1,60,000kms .great experience.vw public connect is zero and their cars are hero.
This man is 🔥 Knowledge about car he has never seen German 🔥 I have slavia top model now and it's beast. Have some rattling issue in intirial But company solved that one.
First thing first, hats off to his rich and deep knowledge about Cars, engines, petrol, parts and services. Sir aap VW ke brand Ambassador banjao. Ya toh khudka youtube channel start karo. You have a lot to share. I own a VW Polo with 1.2 NA petrol engine. And I have actually noticed the difference in driving, car actually performs differently, the feedback is different most of the time. This was such a minute observation that he pointed and very nicely explained. Till now I thought its only with my VW Polo. The ECU and German engineering actually makes the car a smart car, VW cars may not be so rich in features back then like the Korean cars but in terms of driving, handling and performance VW has always been adead of its time. Even I truly love VW or you can say all the German cars as they actually age gracefully and the design is a timeless beauty. Loved this video because of Munish bhai specifically, this man was oozing with information. The best video by far I have seen on a customer car review channel with a real and hard-core Car Enthusiast.
@@munishsharma96 yes Munish bhai, part 1 bhi dekha, loved the indepth information you have shared. Please start a RUclips channel, janta will go crazy.
On my way to my nana's house and guess what! I am playing this in my car as an "audio book"so so freaking entertaining n knowledgeable.............gonna recommend this channel to my mates as well....👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
First time i saw this video and decided to buy a Vento ... Now i have Vento watched both the videos again.. will follow these things exactly with my car and im quite sure that it will give me a good experience.. thanks for making this one paaji❤️
Part 1 aur Part 2 of this owner should be combined and released as a movie in all cinema halls atleast it will instill some valuable info in common people and far better than current Bollywood situation.......
Both video start to end watched..!!! As a vw owner and enthusiast i have to thanks both of the you guys for the level of the knowledge and content. One the best long term ownership review available on RUclips so far. Kudos to you guys 🥂
Very informative vedio. Those who own the 1.6 TDI knows how special that engine is. No matter how much you spend on maintenance, this machine will keep you happy. Proud owner of 1.6 TDI 2013 vento Highline. Ambient power and great fuel efficiency. Have done 200k+ kms, will never sell it, we won't get such cars anymore. Im so happy that like minded people exists. Bro just one correction or doubt. According to my knowledge, machine learning is , following the commands which is already stored/ coded in the system. A.I is adaptive, it will learn according to the situations and it have the authority to take decisions. If I'm wrong please correct me
being a vw fan i want to tell that in ea211 1.5 tsi evo , its cyclinder walls are plasma coated , hence reducing friction in the cylinder wall and piston. Also, it has a variable geometry turbo , whcih i guess is the reson for almost no turbo lag . and both 1.0 and 1.5 have a high compression ratio10.5 . which simply means more efficiency
Oh my lord 😮 Now this is something unrealistic Hw cn someone knw this much stuff 😮 which brain is this. Literally never seen nd heared this much compiled nd well factual stuff anywhr. Hats off 🙌🏻 Commit the arc… commit this man 🙏🏻 Sunderdeep paji pls bring him more on platform. We all need man like him What a command he have on his tongue and sync with his sharp knowledge
I am getting inclined towards VW day by day. Guy has great knowledge. All channels should keep this standard of reviews and knowledge. This guy is crazy for VW 🤣
Yakeen mano sunder, ye admi gem hai. Matlab bhaisahab kya nahi pata isko. Main apne aapko knowledgable samjhta tha kaafi saal se tuning aur car machinery se updated tha, magar yeh banda next level hai. Thank you for the video. And btw tumne Slavia Ambition 1.0 mein Style wali headlight ka pata kiya? Agar nahi kiya to pata kar dena bhai, soch rha lagwa lun.
There wouldn't be any such guy who would have not been impressed by the knowledge this guy possesses. The details he had put in with every argument were just immeasurable. I think the whole point has come to being the VW more fragile and limited to specific things like engine oil, while koreans/japanese are like desi things which can go even with less maintenance though with less ability. My respect for my decision has increased for choosing VW.
This Man is truly an Engineer. Thank you Sunderdeep Sir for brining this valuable information. I guess the same info is also helpful for SKODA TDI as well.
@@wajedaa8494 If you don't know we also study Hindi in our schools and not only aakashwani but there other youtube channels,TV Shows, movies etc which I watch😀
I deleted my add on olx after seeing this video. One thing I understood, actually i bought a second hand vento 1.6mpi and the previous owner never took care of the car, but when i started using the car there were too much expenses that i had to do. But afte rseeing this video I understood that after doing these expenses if I wouldn’t use the car it would be a waste of myself. 7.5lakhs is what the car is meant to be driven. I will never sell this car of mine. Thank you for the video.
Highly appreciated 🙏 review. A big thanks to Munish ji for sharing his knowledge and sunderdeep ji for bringing this review. One of the best review ever. Every word spoken is with experience and heart. I am very hopeful and excited for next session with Manish ji. Recommended to all vw skoda owners
Every single line of this video made me fall more in love with my Polo 1.2 mpi ❤ The sheer knowledge, confidence and calmness that you both had in your voice was immense. I am no expert but this felt like something I would love to be part of someday All the love and respect to you Sunder Bhaji for bringing this amazing content for us and special thanks to Munish ji for sharing his experience.
This amazing two part series takes your channel to a different orbit beyond the comparison of other car reviewers. You have now seriously raised the bar Sunderdeep and as a subscriber I wish for more such discussions. As a long term end user of the product along with his deep knowledge Munish ji was a worthy credible source of information. We look forward to a never ending stream of such videos especially focusing on the 2.0 products. I have always believed that for the growth of VW in India, they can massacre competition by simply enticing the naysayers with liberal test drives. Once driven, it will be impossible to choose anything else.
I have been watching you for long but forgot to subscribe, This video made me recheck and I finally subscribed... Great video, prod of my Kushaq with 1.5dsg....👍👍
This was very informative Sunderdeep and Munish. I have a 5 yrs + old Skoda Rapid Ambition TDI DSG. It's under extended warranty I have changed 2 Fuel Injectors, Entire Turbocharger unit and 2 days back I left my car at the Skoda workshop for ABS and Tracktion control light. Most probably it is the sensors which are gone. It's true the engine oil is reduced after a few thousand kms. Had i know about the Diesel additives Munish mentioned imy Turbo and fuel injectors would have been fine. Luckily I had an extended warranty cover. But Skoda workshops are over loaded in Mumbai and Pune and they take too long to repair the car especially when it is under warranty. They have to claim warranty and there is an approval process. And skoda service advisors are lazy. They prefer to service non warranty vehicles on priority as they are goaled on the same. My vehicle has gone through multiple paint jobs on various parts. The workshop paint quality is not up to the mark. I have Cappichino beige color. And i have found bubbles on fenders quarter panels bumpers doors. These bubbles are on parts which were repainted at the Skoda workshop. I have got those parts repainted Twice from JMD skoda workshop in Mumbai. Next time can you discuss why such an issue keeps reoccurring. Is it due to painting the car in a hurry. These paint jobs are really expensive even though they were covered under my insurance I thought this must be done perfectly and there should not be any room for error Obviously Munish's car has better rubber parts. My 2017 Rapid's mirror cornering triangle shaped rubber beading worned out recently. They are quoting ₹700 for the pair That brings me to the next question. Can Skoda or VW have transparency in prices of these parts? It will give us piece of mind. I do periodic service (PMS) since i always buy service packs. Previously i had 4 yrs service pack now at the end of 4th year i bought 2 yrs pack for 5th and 6th service . Now I noticed some of the filters are not even getting changed at each service. Skoda has recently changed the policy. If you go on Skoda website you will notice it. I had a huge argument with Skoda Regional CRE. I asked them why my all 4 filters were not changed in 5th service. Earlier all filters were getting changed in all my last 4 services. They threw the updated service manual in my face(not literally). They explained since i had bought the 4 yrs service pack in 2017 at the time of purchase of vehicle all rules were followed as per those times. After 2019 they have changed service replaceable parts. So some filters like oil filter, fuel filter, brake fluids will now get changed at 30,000 kms or 2 yrs. Earlier same were getting changed at 15,000 kms or 1 yr which ever occurs first This is a red flag. What exactly has changed in quality of these filters post 2019 that now they can last for 2 yrs or 30,000 kms Please discuss this with Munish in next discussion. I can share skoda workshop invoices for all 5 yrs for reference. Every Skoda and VW owner must buy those 4 yrs maintenance pack and extended warranty at the time of purchase of the vehicle. It is an absolute piece of mind for 6 yrs. It is true DSG and engine reacts differently in different conditions. I have driven this car from Bombay to Gangotri in one stretch. It is an absolute delight on highways. I also went from Bombay to Katra and never felt tired. DSG is superb. No need to put it in sports mode. There is a hack to get same performance in drive mode. Just press the accelerator pedal twice quickly and it will drop 2 gears down. It drives great on ghat roads, i have done but of offroading too will this Rapid 😀 and it can take it all. There always a sense of fear what will happen when the extended warranty gets over. Some doubts were cleared by Munish, few more to go for middleclass owners like me who intend to own this car for a very long duration. Few months back at less than 60,000I have changed the steering rack assembly and front left bush was also gone. So that left arm was also changed. I did it from Bosch service center instead of Skoda workshop. Skoda workshop was quoting ₹30,000. I got it done for ₹19000. Bosch service center did a decent job but they messed up one thing. The steering position when locked in straight tyre direction has changed. It is slightly tilted now. Now this is difference when we get things done from outside. Minute user interface may get changed. Though it doesnt change the driving dynamics but i was used to seeing steering position flat in straight line when I lock the car now it is slightly titled . Bosch service advisor said he will fix it but had i done it at Skoda workshop such problems may not have occurred but again Skoda was expensive by ₹11,000 ... और पैसे नही है इतने हम middleclass लोगों के पास My stock tyres have lasted soo far(60,000+ kms). Apollo Alnac are good hard compund tyres but i do realise the lack of grip on wet surfaces. So please do suggest and discuss good tyres for Skoda Rapid/Vento owners for someone who drives 60% on highways and 40% on city roads. Got a Skoda car care kit do talk about that one too. Does the polish work. Can't afford 3M car services. Not for faint hearted people. थोडा ज्यादा लंबा होगया comment और questions Don't mind. And yes i would never ever buy a car with Sunroof, moonroof. Customers will eventually change there mindset after multiple accidents. It's like when Uber Ola came everyone thought no one will ever own a car and now no one wants to take a Uber due to crazy surcharges and pathetic service. Similarly a time will come when people will go back to cars without sunroofs. And that is why i feel and i know Sunderdeep you also love Octavia more than your T roc. Octavia is the only Global flagship sedan in Skoda VW lineup which doesn't have A sunroof not even in the L&K version. I just wish they would have continued the 2.0 TDI engine on Octavia. Skoda VW के शुभचिंतक
Paaji, take him to Mr. Ashish Gupta. You both guys convince him & the VW management to bring back the signature features of VW in 2.0 cars, e.g., Trumpet Horn, One touch up-down windows, Windows roll on remote key, Anti pinch windows. Also ask them to bring back the legendary Polo but keep all these signature features intact.
@@SunderdeepSingh their time has come. Hope they don't end up like Ford. Some garbage minds are definitely there in VW's India management team. I know one reason due to which they had to chop off the Ameo.
BEST INFORMATIVE VIDEO EVER ON VW VENTO 1.6 tdI, I REALLY LOVE IT .WHEREVER YOU SAID ABOUT VENTO ARITIFICAL INTELLAGENCE IS PERFECTLY CORRECT, I AM OWER SINCE 2011 MY CAR CONDITION IS ALSO SAME STILL I AM TAKING MILAGE OF 20 TO 24 KM ON HIGHWAY.

@@munishsharma96 Sir 1.6 TDI is literally very powerful but how was 1.5 CRDI I heard that Verna 2009 used to come with VGT (Variable geometry turbo ) ? Is it right ?
Hats off to his knowledge Munish ji thanks sunder deep ji for having this person.Munish ji if possible will meet you somebody. Munish ji and sunder deep ji do have Q&A session every fortnight
37:08 this statement couldn't be truer, a few days ago I lifted up my Polo to check the underbody for any unusual scuffs or marks, I notice the brackets holding the exhaust pipe are made in Germany, further down, just below the engine again I saw a black thick piece of metal which was attached to the frame, guess what, made in Germany again. and don't even get me started on the engine, the 1.0 TSI has numerous imported parts, MAF sensor: made in France, there's a part near the washer fluid filler which reads "rev status", again made in Germany. I can go on and on but that will too long to read. How many imported parts are there in other hatchbacks which cost around the same? I'm not surprised VW was losing money on Polos and Ventos.
No words .... the most informative video, didn't even felt when 40 mins. Flew.... I don't know how many times i did 10sec back to listen again and again... Even I felt My Taigun GT+ Sometimes behaves differently on different days.... and all those different behaviours are actually lovely to feel....
Excellent review and extremely knowledgeable owner, may I add some questions and can you consult Manish and help in answering me the same 1) He asked us to use Fuel Additives for TDi engines and even use IndianOil extragreen diesel which btw is B7 based biodiesel but VW has clearly prohibited the use of BioDiesel since it has a more corroding property than normal diesel and engines have to be modified for the same but older BS3 and BS4 diesels aren't modified, also VW has a clear marking of prohibiting the use of additives in diesel at fuel filler flap and even BHPian GTO recommends not using it(he owns a 530d). 2) A good point shared by Manish was the fact that new BS6 diesel fuel has lower sulfur content than older Diesel but BS6 diesels are tuned to run on lower sulfur but older BS4 and BS3 diesels need a higher sulfur for lubrication,so instead of using additives can we use fuel like Shell V Power which claims to have added lubrication and carbon deposit removal property or normal plain, unadulterated diesel is the best. 3) He told that VAG diesels are overenginnered so does it mean we can do something like Stage1 or even Stage2 and can the engine bear it in long term? 4) How would he compare the durability of 1.6 TDi in comparison to 1.6DDiS(a fully imported engine from Italy) and 2.4/2.8D4D diesels which are renowned worldwide for their reliability and the cab owners who have ultra heavy running just swear by it, Germans might be ahead in technology but we have to agree Japanese(especially Toyota) are extremely tough and they've proven their mettle even in first world countries like USA. 4) Water pump failure, a common issue with all VAG cars including Audis, I want to hear about this topic from him 5) What about the status of coolant, does he use Long Life coolant but that too has a life of 200,000kms and after that regular changes at about 1lakh kms, I want further enlightenment 6) Which tyres does he recommend which has a fine balance of handling and durability. Thank you!
I am just not able to get over my love for the diesels. The torqy punch with efficiency has best of both the worlds. Just feel sad to see the diesel engines going because of the strict norms in our country. I feel there should be a fitness testing for old cars. Well maintained and less driven cars should be allowed. My all time favourites Tdci and Tdi are gone. Don't know how future will be and will I find something as good as old diesels which I have seen since my childhood. In mass market only 1.5 tsi has the feel of diesels.
This man has passion and it gave him great knowledge. superb excellent. I am sure even VW Indian team would not be aware about these technical in depth.
Shared your comment on my Insta story too

This man has more knowledge than any of the auto journalists present on youtube. Some of his points really made sense & I can vouch for it as well, like the smart learning / AI for gearbox. I can literally feel the difference in the timing of gear changes when any other person drives my VW, it adapts from person to person. Truly advanced stuff. Also no other manufacturer gives cylinder de-activation tech, which is also a technological advantage. This video has reassured me for my purchase of Taigun but still have to wait and observe for the long-term. Both the parts are enthu stuff. Kudos to both of them.
Bro you have adapted to the gear box subconsciously.

A Love Letter to My Tenacious 2011 Vento:
My fiery Ferrari Red Vento, a 2011 December model bought pre-owned, isn't just a car.
Only this channel could have afforded such a vital video. Kudos Paaji. I am using 3rd VW in a row and that too TDI. Thanks bhaiyon!

Use of Titanium/ Platinum high tensile strength materials 💎
High Quality Borg Warner Turbocharger and why it’s costing 1.5 Lacs 💰

Use of water based colours responsible for 6/7 years anti corrosion and paint protection warranty 💡
Importance of using right air filter and right engine oil 🎇
I fully agree with the suggestions given by Sunderdeep Ji about how VW can do some improvements in India to have a positive impact on sales numbers. I too feeling from long time about below:
1. They need to fill product gaps immediately in fast selling segments like
- [ ] Hatchback - Launch Global Next Gen Polo on MQB01_IN platform
- [ ] Compact SUV
- [ ] Smaller sedan than Virtus - Basically Next Gen Vento
- [ ] Electric range like ID4, ID3 etc making suitable models for India market like ID2, ID1 etc.
2. Never go away from its core values of Safety and Durability
3. Need to Indianise communication, compared to competition VW mass communication sounds more Foreign than Indian, more touch points, road shows, engagement opportunities need to be explored - auto journos / enthusiasts through impactful use of social media can help immensely.
4. They should explore petrol hybrid options too
ALL THE TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE SHARED BY AN INDIVIDUAL SHOULD HAVE COME FROM THE BRAND in some form / forum, public should at least know then they won’t feel bad as they were already aware. Hope VW realises this aspect. 🙏😊
Finally request Munish Ji to share his social media credentials so that we can follow him and have pleasure of life long association with him for his knowledge and wisdom.

Commenting as watching , VW should feature this guy as experienced owners / masters advice.

These paint jobs are really expensive even though they were covered under my insurance I thought this must be done perfectly and there should not be any room for error
Obviously Munish's car has better rubber parts. My 2017 Rapid's mirror cornering triangle shaped rubber beading worned out recently. They are quoting ₹700 for the pair
That brings me to the next question.
Earlier same were getting changed at 15,000 kms or 1 yr which ever occurs first
This is a red flag. What exactly has changed in quality of these filters post 2019 that now they can last for 2 yrs or 30,000 kms
Please discuss this with Munish in next discussion.
और पैसे नही है इतने हम middleclass लोगों के पास
My stock tyres have lasted soo far(60,000+ kms).

Don't mind.
Maante nahi yar woh :(
@@SunderdeepSingh their time has come.
This is called Quality content 👌👌👌
This man is having insane knowledge about Automobile and Automobile industry........ thanks sunderdeep for this video...
Nothing like this watched on any platform as informative and interesting about cars.
Because of these video's (part 1&2) most of the people get some lessons on how to maintain a car of any brand
I think Manish ji holds a degree either in mechanical engineering or Automobile engineering so that he has a knack on car Engine.
He is a mechanical Engineer
No sunderdeep bhaji i am not engineer
No degree in any of the engineering field.
@@munishsharma96 Sir 1.6 TDI is literally very powerful but how was 1.5 CRDI I heard that Verna 2009 used to come with VGT (Variable geometry turbo ) ? Is it right ?
Bhai maza aa gaya.. aise bande bhi duniya me hain.. ultimate experience..🙏
Hats off to his knowledge Munish ji thanks sunder deep ji for having this person.Munish ji if possible will meet you somebody.
Munish ji and sunder deep ji do have Q&A session every fortnight
First time watched a so long video but for a second I did not got bored
Excellent review and extremely knowledgeable owner, may I add some questions and can you consult Manish and help in answering me the same
1) He asked us to use Fuel Additives for TDi engines and even use IndianOil extragreen diesel which btw is B7 based biodiesel but VW has clearly prohibited the use of BioDiesel since it has a more corroding property than normal diesel and engines have to be modified for the same but older BS3 and BS4 diesels aren't modified, also VW has a clear marking of prohibiting the use of additives in diesel at fuel filler flap and even BHPian GTO recommends not using it(he owns a 530d).
4) Water pump failure, a common issue with all VAG cars including Audis, I want to hear about this topic from him
5) What about the status of coolant, does he use Long Life coolant but that too has a life of 200,000kms and after that regular changes at about 1lakh kms, I want further enlightenment
6) Which tyres does he recommend which has a fine balance of handling and durability. Thank you!
I think TDIs would be reliable, atleast for a stage 1 tune.
The knowledge this person has is mind-blowing. :)
Inn gyani ji ko wapis bulaya jae. 🌟
Or 2.0 cars ka inspection karaya jae.
Sunderdeep bhai ...Is bande ko VW hire karlegi...this man is insane....!
