Ou nice, sweet finds there. Excellent finds here, oh yeah! You ate correct eith you identifications, I really appreciate the shout out too, thank you so much! Sweet horn coral and petoskeys! Amazing banded chert, love that, It's definitely like an agate! Great job boys!!!!
You're so welcome! We appreciate you so much! Thank you for coming along on our mini adventure! Those chert stones remind me of your railroad chert! Have a great weekend!!!😊🎉
@upperpeninsulabeautiful thanks man, typically banded chert is black chert mixed with gray limestone layers and mixed together. This railroad down here is really old, part of the old original logging companies who was the first to use railroads to help transport big logs from my lake here to the muskegon River, and then float the logs all the way over to lake michigan. This railroad had rocks brought in from upnorth from the big quarries up there. I believe that's where my chert came from, best guess based on the time period.
Hopefully the bride and groom don't see this video of you mentioning that you got bored with their wedding and decided to look through a rock pile in the parking lot rather than be at their wedding! I feel your pain. Been in that situation and probably would have done the same, however, don't have the guts to throw it up on RUclips. LOL
👍 yeah! So we made it through the whole ceremony.... Remington just got bored with the reception! Lol. My son loves piles of rocks! Me too.... incidentally!
We did make it through the ceremony! But my son got ancy during the reception! All in all we had a great time! Thank you so much for watching and leaving a comment!
