I dont understand how these sales person use word so loosely..how does a house full of grills like prison can be called beautiful. That just tells me that it's a crime ridden place because why on earth would I be paying so much money to buy myself a prison. please leave out the grill part in the sales pitch because it is a big turn off for us. Those grills would be seen as a fire hazard and a no no where i live.
ORRRRR having grills is a feature or expense that persons are already seeking in a house and this way purchasing a house that already had grills would eliminate that cost from their budget. I will not be leaving it out, you can block it out of your mind.
Grills are for our security and peace of mind and nothing is wrong putting this in as a feature. I wouldn't buy a house without this . I saw them on houses in Spain all over the world 🌎

Well, in America and many other countries they have SECURITY CAMERAS both outside and inside the homes. Hope that doesn't gross you out.
