The music playing while your are presenting the house is not needed. Anyone looking to making such large investments generally pays more attention to what you, the realtor, are showing and saying about the property, and not getting distracted by music. That's a very beautiful property, spacious and elegant. By the way, the mainn entrance door needs to be resurfaced or changed. That house looks too beautiful and clasy to have the main entrance door looking as it does in the video.
