The exterior design of the house is nice. Interior lay out is weird. Master suite is decent. Kitchen crammed together and too dark. No living and dining . The front door doesn’t give it that demand or grand entrance. Perhaps a nice metal front door vs the fiberglass one. The hand rail blocking window eww. I honestly will say I like the direction the home designer is going. I dislike how closets are made in Jamaica. Other than that beautiful space
The building is very neat. i applaud the builders for a job well done. However, my favorite part of this house is upstairs. i love it, and also the spacious rooms but i do not like is the kitchen area small being near the entrance it should've build closer to the back with a little/ semi entrance for kitchen privacy, the living room area is way too small thats my bit.
Such a large front verandah is not necessary, instead use the extra square footage as an extension of the living room plus a dining area. An island in the kitchen would be nice. I love the ceiling slats? For the master bedroom a walkin closet please. Water and hot water tank a plus.Basement can be finished and rented for extra income. Love, love, love the master bath. Beautiful house.
Ok, where do I begin? While the finish is immaculate, the tiling is amazing, the layout annoys me. 1. Why do I have to walk through the garage to the powder room?? 2. For a house that size, I at least expected the kitchen to have an island and also a dishwasher. 3. The living room/ dining room area is too small. The front door should be a double door entrance. The closets in the bedrooms are shallow. 4. The lay of the land is not conducive to outdoor gathering and entertaining. So while I am impressed with the fit and finish of the home, I am deeply disappointed in its layout or design. Its impressive from the outside, but inside, not so much. It leads to believe that very effort went into the design layout of this home.
The house should have a designated laundry and utility area. A wash tub in the garage not cutting it. In addition there are too many steps to access the backyard from the inside. The shared bathroom downstairs is too small… lots of outdoor
Love the exterior; however, I would prefer the master bedroom downstairs and the two bedrooms upstairs. Walk in closets and the living and kitchen layout design different from this.
Dark cabinetry is old fashioned in kitchen giving a gloomy dated look. Would prefer that bedrooms were on same floor especially for younger children in case of break in

The windows could be more wider for more lights. Overall, I would change alot of the floor plan to meet my needs because there's space for that improvement. The property is very spacious though. Love the colors. Beautiful environment 👌
This is the first house that I've seen building in ja so far that i like it's not perfect but its 90% , dislike the ac unit on the patio like that, should have been more out the way esp if you have small children, bathroom off the garage with a window verry open to the house entrance intruder alley, the bedroom balcony door opens to the outside your door shoud open to the inside for safety reasons, kitchen is ok space could be larger for living dining &kitchen combo, now love the view, love the yard space, love the extra storage as someone who lives out of the country and plans to return we love storage, a lot of houses built in ja has no pantry storage they need to stop, bathrooms are beautiful esp master, the only thing i like master downstairs and other bedrooms upstairs thats just me, but i love the fixtures, i would have also place solar water heater on roof in a secure location because the yard is prime for a outside deck and garden with a outside eating and gril section man the potential of that property is chefs kiss, the pros are good i could live love that 🏡

Outside is ok inside is a weird layout, there’s no definition of living room or family room, the kitchen seems cramped there’s no grand entrance feel and upstairs is even more weird 😅 only thing looks ok upstairs is the master bathroom although the sink area looks like most hotel sinks. Design of the house is 7 kitchen and dining way too small and too dark, Bedrooms should be larger, they need to start using up the space when it's available,and I think master bedroom should start to build downstairs so when people gets older they don't climb stairs, lining closet and his and her closet should be inside master bathroom looks weird inside the bathroom, too much door to look at,where would i find the square feet of house's and rooms when you post? garage should be 2 car garage,Keep up the good work😊
A $48 million dollar house needs a wow factor. I agree that the style is pretty nice, but the kitchen should be bigger, the floor tile is too glossy. The master bedroon should have had a larger walk in closet also the master bath is off. I like the parish and the land size. Nice house overall.

48 mil for this must be a joke 😅 there’s nothing exciting about that house other than the exterior. Interior layout is very poor. In this day and age no less than 2 cars garage especially when you’re working with that amount of land space. The “open” concept design I must say is a major disappointment

Wow, that’s a missed opportunity when designing. I used a tiny passage to connect 2 of my rooms if u don’t want to disturb the living room.

The spaces in this house were not used properly. Walk-in closets for bedrooms would've been better. Nice yard space for gardening.

Great video presentation but the music is distracting and ur voice over is rather subdued.
