How are the written exams? Are you expected to memorize every piece of information about the helicopters or do they let you know what to study?

You will receive a study guide, however it is a lot of information and not much time to process it all. You will be fine, no stress, just study and take notes.

Great question, my advice is to do PT during your free time. Run around your AO, and hit the gym. Keep in mind your cadre may or may not allow you to go to the gym. Be prepared to do prison PT lol...
