Neighbours moved out I'm in. Rainwater diversion / solar shed power and data / lean to roofing.

Inside of a week my neighbours moved out. giving me free access whist the local council check property and carry out works before finding a new tennant.
I've got plenty to do on thier side incase the future occupants are not as pleasant as the last.

Knowing how ‘nice’ neighbours can be... is that guttering technically on their land? Good to see some progress going on Pete 👍

Improvements can only be made when access is given or when an like you say move out but it enproves the outside wall and guttering.
