I don't know about all this, it's way more complicated than it need be. We're off grid for years, fully solar, a septic system and a well. That's all you need. I love to BBQ so I may buy a tank of Butane every 6 months (like $25) and I run my truck on diesel, I'm told it will burn recycled vegetable oil but I'd still have to pay for it. A garden and some fruit trees and you're gold. Ducks and chickens...Live off the land.

The efficiency of solar panels is currently not feasible for vehicles to use as a sole source of power. With portable solar panels and a battery bank (think Jackery, GoalZero, or Ecoflow), you can add like 3-5 miles of range per day for a Tesla. In winter, it just prevents the battery from draining to keep itself warm.

They outsource it to people, make the vid, and put it out there. Don't really know of, or care about the products beyond the scope of the video.
The Lavario is just the classic 5 gallon bucket washer with extra steps. Get two 5 gallon buckets, one lid, and a clean, new toilet plunger. Drill a hole in the middle of the lid that has the same diameter as the plunger handle. Drill 1/2 inch holes in the plunger so water can pass through, and you can wash laundry the same way an old fashioned butter churn works. The second bucket is something I added to my system. It's peppered with holes, so I can dump the laundry in it, and use the other bucket like a plunger to squeeze the extra water out of the laundry before rinsing, and again before hanging them to dry. Works with Lowe's or Home Depot, or any other typical buckets you can find at hardware stores, and costs under $20 to make if you have a drill already. I've used this system when my washer broke, as well as a few times in extended power outages. The system isn't pretty, but works great, and if you have kids, they'll fight to take turns washing the laundry. The wash bucket can be used for other cleaning when not used for laundry, and the holey one can be a trash can, so for camping, they're awesome.
There are better and cheaper water systems than Berkey. I use one called Zerowater. Not only is it a LOT cheaper, but it does a much better purification job. After researching through 11 different independent websites, I bought the medium size one and tried it. It worked, and I could immediately taste the difference!
No. You need the fluoride filter, and it's usually out of stock. I use an AlexaPure, it's pretty much the same filter, just different brand. Came with a stainless steel spigot standard. Filters are not cheap, but they last a reasonable amount of time.
Only 5200 BTU? WHAT a joke. You do realize that a lil buddy puts off 3x that Mount right? Or that a single burner on a gas stove puts off over 3x that. You can make your own solar heater. That give you more heat for a fraction of the cost. You buy the material. Give me a day of work. And i will build you a solar heater that can turn a 400 sq ft room / building From zero degrees F to 70 degress. Im located outside of El Paso Texas.

Most of the world uses the metric system, which is much more accurate than the old system of feet and inches. But your country is behind in most things that require people to use ther gray matter, not to say of course that many don't....but really, you should move over to the metric system, much easier and more accurate.
