Finally! After endless sites and videos I finally found one that helps solve the simplest most aggravating problem I've had for weeks! Thanks for the assist!
Your videos have always been helpful to me...truth be told...I learnt Photoshop from your videos....I owe my comic making to you man....Kudos!!!!...and thank you so much
You are the man! You almost have 1M follower, you deserve it. I am starting now with this but actually, I was using photoshop since the first released version. I am watching your videos from the beginning and I can't say which one is best. I hope the best luck and fortune to you and thank you for doing this. Keep on!
Is there a way to see the straight line as you draw the line just like the line tool but instead using the brushtool its basically like the line tool in ms paint or the quick line in procreate is there something that photoshop has that are similar to those two PLZ ANYONE REPLY I NEED HELP 😭😭😭😭😭😭🙏🙏🙏
Holy Wonderful Light! You just gave me back my social life!!! I was using eraser tool to detail erase to the pixel. Now I can just use this awesome technique. I will be subscribing and checking out all your other vids. Namaste.
Problem I have is that when I hold the shift key I always get the hand tool. Have tried countless ways and the hand always pops up. Recently made sprockets to duplicate 35mm film and had to do one at a time. Also to collapse layers the shift key does not work. Got a solution ? And I agree with everyone....love your tutorials.
I have photoshop cc 2019 and following all of your directions, a straight line will not appear after clicking once holding shift move to another point in the photo click. It does not join. All I have is the original dot and the final dot. No line in-between. Help!
Hey there just wanted to say you have brought so much value to me and more precision to my projects! I've subscribed and hope to learn much more from you, you also kept me entertained during the whole thing! I have bad ADD and some tutorials bore me to death, but yours I watched all the way through. Good Work sir! Sincerely, Caleb Merchant Founder of All Alone Apparel #SUPPORTMENTALHEALTH
I came here trying to learn how to get rid of that dot connect thing. Its so annoying for digital illustration. Especially when you just want to click and drag while holding shift to make house windows but u have 2 control z every line. *Sigh*
Whaat this was so easy thank you so much this really saved me so much time!!!!
OMG. I wish I would have watched this years ago. In like 15 seconds, you taught me something that's going to save me hundreds of hours. Thank you!
dude you were made for television. your audience is going to grow!
Thank you so much for your support! Btw, checked out your channel, makes me wonder, what is Ayahuasca?

Also to add on changing brush sizes and softness/hardness: Pressing " [ " key = smaller , Pressing " ] " key = larger. Holding "Shift" + Pressing " [ " key = softer, Holding "Shift" + Pressing " ] " key = harder.

Hello! I used to be able to make straight lines with the SHIFT key but now I have 'pressure' on my brush it won't make full straight lines. Any tips?
Reset the Paintbrush Tool in the options bar - right click the icon on the far left of the options bar.
thank you unmesh
I drew straight line over an existing one and it got uneven with saw-like style. How do I really straighten it?...
I don't manage to make any diagonal lines. any tips?
I have photoshop cc 2019 and following all of your directions, a straight line will not appear after clicking once holding shift move to another point in the photo click. It does not join. All I have is the original dot and the final dot. No line in-between. Help!

It seems that Adobe has taken this capability away, and are in their forums denying it when asked (in Photoshop 23).
Good shit
In Photoshop circles, they call him "the navigator"...
just like in ms paint
Yeah! you're right! But honestly, you know Padmaj, I don't have much experience of MS Paint. I sucked at it at school :P

thanks dude that was helpful, but kinda too long video
someone drew a straight line on your forehead
this tutorial could've been 20 seconds long but there is alot of uneccesary filler
never eat chips, eat salad sandwiches and remain young (that's how to remember how to spell 'necessary')
