I cannot believe how much you know about PS!! I use PSE 15, and am still trying to come close to mastering. I love your tutorials, but I find they go VERY fast for me. I write in my notebook like crazy, but often have to re-listen multiple times to catch it all.
He does the videos very well (explanations and work) and not fast at all! I speak from my experience too :D It's just that we heat a little bit slower than he does :D :D :D

Another excellent lesson. I use CA Fill all the time- but this is a trick I didn't know. Or it's simpler than what I've done- selecting the area, copy & paste into new layer, then use the full sampling that layer alone. Thanks for what you do. I've been using Photoshop since 1994- and still learn new things every week. Keep them coming!

Then it won't work. CA fill , like clone stamp tool, needs something to sample FROM to work. There's always multiple solutions to each problem in Photoshop. CA fill won't always be the one...

There's always something else to learn, even if it's obvious. I've been using pshop for 25 years and use a similar technique for other things but never for content aware fill. Very useful. Thank you

The reason he's SO good at teaching is because he actually addresses all the little nuances that you run into and typical tutorials won't cover.
Hmm I ran against this problem just yesterday, it kept sampling from the wrong place. Good tip! Never knew about the smart object inception either.
