I am a first timer new to use welding here in Thailand & i use a lots of Douglas fir wood in US, i cannot use wood here in Thailand because there are plenty of termites here in the North East & woods are more expensive than metal, thank you for your video & showing me how to assemble them all together
This works if you need to weld material shorter than half of pipe you have - but what if you need to weld 2 larger pieces - then you need to cut diagonal and weld like first shown in video 😊
Man, these videos are great. You've got a lot of knowledge and skill. I would suggest that you do these short videos and make other, more in depth videos explaining your steps and the logic behind each action. You could teach a lot of people.
Voice in addition to visual, simply adds value to the video. And it accomplishes this, at no expense to TIME. You're squeezing more information, into the same space.
Many people have the tendency to judge the end results, but conceiving idea is harder than one would think. Good thinking. Great job. Thanks for sharing.

Nice gives much better look!! I’ve done your first one to death and works great, very little alignment required. But your round and 45degree versions are much nicer for furniture etc

all very good for making corners in the middle of a piece of box but highly impractical when fabricating a frame, lets say Im making a 1000x700 frame, I need to calculate the position of each corner, make 3 cuts, and hope its square once its folded into a rectangle, then I still have a different joint on the 4th corner, much easier to cut 4 pieces of box and mitre

Can halfs of 45° overlap a vertical riser ? Meeting at the top. Im using 1/2 " square metal tubes. Im making a rectangle stand for a kitchen cabinet. 200lb max 13width x 41length x 18hight I cut all the 45° joints today. Top and bottom. When I started thinking of the vertical parts, I decided to cut half of the 45° from the joints. Top half for the bottom side and bottom half for the top side. I hope it's clear. This allows the 4 vertical parts, which are the corner; to slide in the middle of both 45°. Top and bottom . I did a dry fit and each joint covers enough of the vertical risers. Very gappy joints tho, its not perfect. 1st welfing project ever. Bought a coreflux welder works with 110 power. My 15 AMP gen runs it. I did some practice welds for the 1st time a month ago. I learned a bunch, only thing that stopped me was that I ran out of gasoline ⛽️. I can share pictures if anyone wants to see what Im talking about. Thanks 🌌🏌♀️ Edit: I found exactly what I should have done 😅. I should have cut all but 1 side of the vertical parts, so that the 13 " left and right slide on top closing it off with a nice flap at the end. What I did was complicated.😅
I've been welding for 25 years and these cuts at first I thought were BS but the last one showed me you have skills. I'm a mig welder. But ran a trailer manufacturing company for 15 years. I know how to weld but to cut like you did I didn't know. If you can step over it you can weld over it. That was our maudo.......
Content is more than I learnt in arc welding short course, Electrical engineering as well !!! Thanks for sharing the content !!! Cotinue, add oil ! 4 May.

Yeah and if you're building a brick wall you'd need blocks and mud, idiot
The last one is awesome. I’ll try in my next project. Thank You.

#3 was unbelievable!! Thanks
Actually works with WOOD too, if you wet or steam the thin part to flex it!
I normally won't watch videos without the voice, but I like how this worked. outstanding video

Adjust the arch of the radius and built parts at any angle. That would be a fun video.
These “connections” only work if the two parts are already connected from the start. These would technically be “bends” not connections
D
And that is alot of work, plus you will waste too much resources
Exactly right.
I agree with you

I dig the compound angle tricks. The straight 45 degree miter seems like a waste of time. Chop it, brace it, weld it.
Does the diameter of the cut off wheel matter when making the radius corner?
Superrrr. Work. Bro. Awesome. Superrrr
Very good 👍😊👍👍😊😊👍😊
Perfect for some fun this weekend! Thanks.
Is there a time you would use one method over another or do all 3 methods work the same and it's just cosmetic?
Thank you ✊
That was just Excellent!
Thank You!
Good to know if you want a curve corner or traditional edge corner
Thank you, Allah mai increase your knowledge, kindly show mesurement
Great stuff mate, thanks!!!
It's all in the thinking and marking out.
Not just grabbing the welder and making sparks.

nice👍👍👍 2:18
nice skills with the grinder 'free hand'..
Awesome rounded corner 👏
Dank voor deze leerzame video. Of deze destijds in ons boek Practische Uitslagen stonden vraag ik me af.
Excellent job 👌👌👌👌
Great technic.Thanks alot brother.
What kind of angle or square are you using?
Pls what's the name of the red tool used to check alignment and can I get it here in Nigeria?

holy schimoly ! Thanks for giving me these skills. I will now use this to help all humanity - as they watch me sit at my new table !
Thanks man - I watched it all in preview but was son good I came over to click "like"
Good work👌
Love watching these videos!
Impecable!!!!!!!!!👏👏👏👍👍👍🇺🇾
... BRAVO ... IT WAS USEFUL ...
Awesome; can you do theses with some 1/4” thick square tubing now? 😅
Very Good Thank You
I like this method because it caps the tube for use outdoors.

Waow very good tuto a master thank for share
Great tricks👏
Total respect.
20 years in the trade and still no idea why everyone seems to think it necessary to remove the guard from an angle grinder
very nice tecnque..amazing
This is very useful
Pretty handy cut off wheel work.
Good job practice made perfect
I love the way its done..Even its take more time, but its worth
Content is more than I learnt in arc welding short course,

Good video bhai very nice
Can someone tell me where to buy these square tubing
Good:Very Good Work
Very thanks
thank you for taking the time to do these videos
Thanks you so much 🙏🙏🙏
Pekerjaan yang sangat kreatif Bang luar biasa sukses terus Amin
Super techniques bro
That's so nice Man.😮👏👏🇦🇴
Hay quá anh ơi
God bless you more and more thank you po
Thanks. Saving this one.
Hola. Con que amperaje trabajaste ? Sirve para barilla de 8 ?
This method is good and maintains strength. Only need experience staff to carry the work because any small error will increase waste.
Merci beaucoup. 😊
Zar povezivanje nije kad uzmes dve cevi i povezes ih?
Good job I like watching stuff like this
New ideas👍
