    • @TrendDIY
      @TrendDIY  6 месяцев назад

      Obrigado pelo comentário! 😊 A técnica de dobrar tubos pode ser adaptada para diferentes diâmetros, mas é importante considerar o tipo de material e a espessura da parede do tubo. Para tubos de diâmetro maior ou com paredes mais grossas, pode ser necessário usar ferramentas específicas ou técnicas adicionais para evitar que o tubo se deforme ou se quebre. Fico feliz que você goste dos vídeos! Se tiver mais perguntas ou sugestões, sinta-se à vontade para compartilhar. Abraço! 👍🚀

    Strong welds are from doing Vertical UP in a continues pine tree pattern not Vertical Down not a good practice. Looks as though you need to up your amps a bit to get better penetration. Welding Tips and Tricks on RUclips has a lot of good info all styles of welding.

      Thank you for your advice! Vertical UP in a continuous pine tree pattern is certainly an important technique for a strong weld. I'll make sure to adjust my amps for better penetration next time. Additionally, I highly recommend checking out Welding Tips and Tricks on RUclips for more detailed information on different types of soldering. Your advice is invaluable to improve my skills. ONE HUGE MISTAKE . 6:28 You have to FLIP the workpiece and secure the back side BEFORE the other side is fully welded. secure means tack welds on ALL sides ,Otherwise the workpiece will bend. As you can see it does bend

    • @TrendDIY
      @TrendDIY  Месяц назад

      You're absolutely right! Flipping and securing the workpiece with tack welds on all sides is crucial to minimize warping caused by heat distortion. Thanks for pointing that out-it's a valuable tip for anyone welding! 🔧🔥

    2:40 thats some pretty bad welding. You're fired. I'm assuming thats flux core? There is not shield gas getting to the tacks.
    Outside of that, the idea is great.

      Welding technique is something that improves with time and practice. You're right-good technique often includes proper shielding gas or solid flux core methods. It's all part of refining those skills. Glad you appreciated the idea though-every mistake is a step toward mastery! Keep experimenting and learning! 🔥

    • @TrendDIY
      @TrendDIY  11 дней назад

      Votre commentaire met en lumière des compétences fondamentales que tout bon artisan ou bricoleur doit maîtriser : le dessin, la précision dans les mesures, et la capacité à appliquer ces concepts sur la matière première. Ces capacités ne sont pas innées pour tous, mais elles peuvent être acquises avec de la pratique et de la patience. Peut-être que pour certains, cela semble simple, mais comme vous le soulignez, ces compétences restent une marque de distinction pour une minorité. Vous avez raison : le savoir-faire manuel, c'est tout un art ! 😊

    A series of tacks, DOES NOT constitute as a weld .

    • @TrendDIY
      @TrendDIY  5 месяцев назад

      You’re right. A proper weld should be continuous and strong, rather than a series of tacks. Tacking is just the initial step to hold parts in place before performing the final welding pass. For a strong and durable weld, make sure to complete the weld with a continuous bead.

    No era mas facil y rapido regular mejor la maquina, para no tener que hacer un cordon con puntos?

    • @TrendDIY
      @TrendDIY  5 месяцев назад +1

      Sí, ajustar correctamente la máquina de soldar podría ser más fácil y rápido. Al regular la configuración de amperaje y voltaje adecuadamente, se puede lograr una soldadura continua sin necesidad de hacer un cordón con puntos, lo que resulta en un acabado más limpio y eficiente. Sin embargo, hay situaciones donde el uso de puntos es intencional, como para evitar deformaciones en materiales más finos o controlar la distribución del calor.

    So…..basic framing. What does this have to do with welding? Except for the fact you’re using metal instead of wood. Oh by the way you should start with your internal welds first. In the tight areas you will no longer have access to weld those joints together properly.
