So, if I understood right, I need to buy a DRL module that has the same ending letter as the original DRL module installed on the car? (The D letter in your case) I have a Octavia MK3 with the right headlight DRL not working.

Yes, correct. If problem not solved after fitting the working drl module, it means that the LED "bulb"/aluminium body is faulty.

Hey. My left DRL LED stopped working after washing my octavia rs (i was powerwashing sand out of the gape betven the light and body). Is there any way to test if only the module stopped working or the LED strip went out? Obdeleven diagnose gave B12ECF2 error code. Thanks :)

Most probably your drl module has gone. A lot of water should go inside the headlight in order to burn the "led bulb" powering the strip.
