Way to go ....Johnny. 🎉🎉So good for your health. You must be so proud and your wife too. You're looking so much healthier
Hi Ann! Thank you for noticing!
Great comparisons, Johnny! I think anyone that grills really should have all 3 available. They each have their purpose, and the wire-less is also great for rotisserie cooking.👍👍
Thanks Kevin. Yes, I like having all 3 myself.
I, like all bbq geeks, have a drawer full of thermometers. Some are good. Many stink! Thanks for the vid, Johnny!
Thanks for watching!
My inkbird IBT 4XS arrived today and going to give it a go over the weekend on my 1st attempt at a beer can chicken. I went for the option of the 2 probe deal instead of the 4 probe and saved almost 50% in cost.
Great informative vids Johnny and keep them coming!!!
Hope you enjoy. Take care Mark.
another great review! As a home cook, I found the information really helpful. I had no idea wireless thermometers were an option-probably overkill for my needs, but it’s good to know.
I already use a few thermometers: a Thermapen MK4, a ChefAlarm, and a ThermoPop 2. All of them work well for me. Johnny’s reviews really confirm that I’ve made good choices that fit my needs.
Thanks for watching!
Great video could not agree more! Loving the editing!
Thanks Rusty!
Johnny,
- I have a Meater not my fave due to signal loss. Additionally I have a couple of Tappecue Airprobe 2's and 3's which I run through the Tappecue Touch with pretty darn good success. I like this product which can use wired or wireless probes too include wireless or wired dual probes.
- Tappecue does offer an external antenna for their wireless probes and it works with other multiple branded wireless thermometers. It solved my Meater problems. It may help if dropped signals are problematic.
- Love your channel and videos! Keep up the great work.
Thanks Jeff.
I think the wireless thermometer technology is on the cusp of something great. I do like them, but don't quite trust them for every cook just yet. The Thermapen One is my go to backup for this reason, and Thermapop is my go to for day to kitchen cooking. My infrared Inkbird thermometer has worked flawlessly for griddle cooks, so I can imagine their wireless probe theremometer works well. Great video, Johnny👍😊
I think we will see some real innovation soon in the wireless game… soon.
Another great video review! Thanks much Johnny. I'm still trying to decide whether to go wired or wireless. This video helps. In the meantime I have an OG Thermopop that I use. Cheers 🍔🍺
Thanks for watching!
I love my Inkbird instant read thermometer but I see I need to get me a wireless one too. The pros outweigh the cons.
It has the least amount of features, but I use it the most.
