- Even though Samuel Torres' body has never been found, San Jose police announced on Tuesday that his alleged killer has been arrested in connection to his shooting death by Coyote Creek nearly two years ago.

People like him don't mind living in prison. They get to hang out with their friends and fellow gang members in prison. Prison life does not deter these types of people from committing violent crimes. If we had a better justice system that would quickly and efficiently put these people down rather than housing and feeding them in jail for decades then maybe we would start seeing an improvement.
It's California I'm sure charges will be dropped.
Not if you are in a RED County! I live in Placer County, which is largely republican. We support law enforcement here. If you go north, there are more conservative counties.

Media fails to mention the criminal history behind the two "victims". This is a case of vigilante justice because the city refuses to take care of the real criminals in the streets. I say free the guy as long as he is putting criminals in fear I say he is doing a civil duty to the people of San Jose

CA needs to make it illegal to camp outside in public areas. Also, San Jose residents & businesses need a well staffed SJPD. We need to address the reasons preventing a well staffed SJPD.
