My favorite rpg series. Anytime anyone talks about this game I have to support with a like. Great review of the collection. Now if only we see a spiritual successor to it. Thay would be golden.
Thanks a lot for the comment and joining to the ride. 40$ if it is a physical release, then it is quite good, (I am not that much of digital stuff/that aside) If you like first person dungeon crawlers, and you plan to play them. Then I'd say it is worth it.
I wouldn't call Untold 1 and 2 the "definitive" edition just because of the 3D models and a new soundtrack since those games are very different to EO1 and 2 even when ignoring story mode. Still, props to you for bothering to play the games fully and even doing the postgame content, since most reviews tend to ignore it.
I consider them like that because they also have extra content, puzzles with some bosses, dungeon. Other small systems to have extra skills and stuff like that etc etc. it is in the combination of those small details that I consider they improve the game. I played them on classic back in the day, for some reason I prefer to imagine the characters rather than using "fixed" ones. The soundtrack is the cherry for me 😁. And 3d models are always welcome in DRPGs. Glad you enjoyed the post content part, and thanks a lot for commenting.
Very good video! My first game in the series, the one I actually didn't the destroyed at was EO4, so now I am planning of going back. I'm thinking of getting EOIII for steam but would you recommend to play them in order or in the end it would be just personal preference?
Glad you enjoyed it. And you don't need to play them in order. They are pretty much their own thing every single time. So, play them in whatever order you consider.
I'd honestly play them in order to at least see the evolution on classes and stuff. Going back to the oldest one could be rough if you start with a later entry
@@ShiriaruKitaOld this is a good input, the series good better as time passed, so the first games are a bit rough around the edges. But if you play RPGs without many issues, then it doesn't matter.
@@gamingodyssey5633 Well, thanks in part to your video I got the game. I managed to find it physical at a decent price, in my country, no less, so I went for it and I'm having a great time. I decided to start with EO1, even though I had already played Millennium Girl.
Thanks a lot for the comment. If you like these kind of games, in the playlist "full review" you'll be able to find several first person dungeon crawlers (DRPGs) and of course in the future I'll upload more XD

I really appreciate the support, thanks a lot 😊
And about the next collection, I would like to see 4/5 and nexus. Or even better a new entry.
great video I never played these games when I was younger they are exceeding my expectations
Good review the collection just went on sale. Do you think it’s worth $40 for all three? Subbed btw!

Great review but I am, of course, biased bc I love these games.
