Improve your Posture & Balance with these Corrective Exercises // Osteoporosis Friendly!

  • Join me for this essential workout that is appropriate for everyone. We will perform exercises for both balance and posture in standing positions as well as on the mat. The pace is nice and slow so we can really focus on our movements, targeting the appropriate muscles and notice results!
    We will work on balance not only in a standing position, but also side lying, supine and quadruped positions. You will notice how important the core is in these balance exercises.

    Just shows me that I need more of balance videos ..I really have to concentrate to complete them …so a challenge even though it is basic …slow and steady I do finish them ..as always thankyou..🙏

    Love it! My shoulders, blades and neck were snapping and popping so much in warmup (must have had poor sleep position) but hardly a sound when finished. Yet another video saved to my playlist. Thanks for all you give to your channel!

    Thank you, I love your simple to follow routines. I've not exercised for years and this really works for me. I'm only 57 but needed to do something low impact, because of a severe ankle break. I'm also losing weight 😊

      You are most welcome Martha :) It's great to just do maybe one half of it at a time. Or just pick a few exercises to really focus on and master before you move on. Make it work for you, keep at it and you will surly improve!

    your vlog popped up on my RUclips . really good vlogs but no vlog on upper body issues. Recently from last five months, I developed frozen shoulder , got partial rotator cuff, tennis elbow and severe arthritis in my thumb. everything on left arm. I am going through extensive therapy , took injections as well. but still I have long way to go. please upload some videos on these kind of issues as well. how to keep continuing workout with limited upper body mobility. Thank you in advance.

      It sounds like you need to continue physical therapy before starting to try to exercise with your multiple problem areas.
