- Join me for this essential workout that is appropriate for everyone. We will perform exercises for both balance and posture in standing positions as well as on the mat. The pace is nice and slow so we can really focus on our movements, targeting the appropriate muscles and notice results!
We will work on balance not only in a standing position, but also side lying, supine and quadruped positions. You will notice how important the core is in these balance exercises.

your vlog popped up on my RUclips . really good vlogs but no vlog on upper body issues. Recently from last five months, I developed frozen shoulder , got partial rotator cuff, tennis elbow and severe arthritis in my thumb. everything on left arm. I am going through extensive therapy , took injections as well. but still I have long way to go. please upload some videos on these kind of issues as well. how to keep continuing workout with limited upper body mobility. Thank you in advance.
It sounds like you need to continue physical therapy before starting to try to exercise with your multiple problem areas.
