This is probably the most calculated and effective method of fighting I’ve seen yet. The strategy between the two you can tell they just didn’t rush in to fight. Very good match
It's mugen,it's a game engine where people can create their own fighting game from stages, characters,screenpack(menu,fonts,effects). You can even put hd effect on characters I mean like 4k resolution but some prefer low resolution sprites and ai coding from easy to brutal

I have always wondered if Akuma and Gouki is the same person? Or originate the same but then later derived differently, kind of like Ken (Strong in foot-work) and Ryu (Strong in hand-work).

They are. Gouki is his original name. I believe him and gouken are brothers.
His nickname is Akuma his real name is Gouki
