During Bruce's training under Ra's Al Ghul, there's a gauntlet that released another fighter every time he took one down. If I remember correctly, it went on for at least 36 hours because he refused to kill them. They called him a demon because of that. None of those assassins are gonna even come close to that level of stamina and endurance. Also, throughout the entire time Bruce fought in the gauntlet, he didn't even break a sweat.
That wasn't under Ra's Al Ghul (in fact he never trained under Ra's at all. Some of his masters were affiliated with the League (David Cain and Kirigi specifically) but he never trained under Ra's that was only the Nolan movies). Batman's comic feats include: -Punching through thick bulletproof glass -Holding his breath for 6 min -Catching an arrow that Green Arrow fired (which he uses draw that's far more weight than a regular real world archer would use) -Benches 1,000lbs. -Broke 8 bones of his opponent with one punch -Dodges gun fire at near point-blank range due to reading the body movements and predictions of the shooters. John Wick skilled as he may well be, isn't going to be able to hang against someone like Batman. And he's definitely the top tier assassin of that world. He could take down the High Table without a doubt. The League of Assassins, Court of Owls, and Gotham’s crime bosses are good examples. No, The court of owls is an organization that only exists in Gotham. The High Table is a Global organisation. There are litterally millions upon Millions of people working for them and there is no way to really put them down for good unlike the court of owls.

Some of these people really dont even know who Batman is if they think he can't beat the High Table. Batman has tons of gadgets, weapons, vehicles, tanks, armors, a green lantern ring, is a master of stealth and deception, has genius level intellect, a tactical and inquisitive mind, is skilled in multiple martial arts and is at peak human conditioning. He can lift 1000lbs and only requires 3 hrs of sleep. He takes down powered villians and metahumans using his wits and skill nightly. He would wreck John Wick, Caine, Common, the filipino guy and the High table combined.
Hell, if some species of aliens fear Batman, I think he would not have any problem with the high table.

Nobody in the comments seems to have ever watched a John Wick movie with how much they're underplaying the high table. I really want to see a series where batman try to take them down and has huge delimas on his morality and the purpose of his mission. He can’t stop them by not killing, but more will pop up if he kills. It would reduce the dystopian order of the world plunging it into chaos while Batman is trying to stop crime. It could end with Batman giving up or pulling off the most batman possible thing.

You know, the High Table would be a good inspiration for how to handle the Court of Owls in the The Batman universe if they ever decide to make them the villains in a sequel. The format could be that they place a bounty on Batman, and he ends up having to fight waves of assassins after the bounty, it would be a good opportunity to introduce famous characters like Deathstroke and Deadshot in that universe. Then when they bounty isn’t enough, the Court decides to send in the Talons since they’re tougher

Batman's enemies always come back because the jails (especially Arkham Asylum) suck at keeping them in and it would be the same with the high table, they would do in-n-out constantly therefore being beaten and not beaten at once.
Not unable to contain them, rather they're corrupt enough to help people like the Joker escape. There's a huge difference between being weak and corrupt. Can't forget that Gotham is one of the most corrupt cities in DC.

I also don’t think the no kill rule will do stop Bruce, paralysis and brain damage can accomplish the same goal as killing. And using the league of assassins and court of owls doesn’t work because the assassins of those organizations would make the high table goons shit their pants and the organizations are richer too (at least the league is). and after batman’s early career, once the supervillains popped up the regular criminals really wasn’t that much of an issue.
