When watching the Netflix Daredevil series, I often think about that Daredevil is kind of like Batman but poor.
Precisely, which in my mind, makes him even more badass.
Matt has a brownstone, law practice, lair too. Sure, he's no milti-billionaire like BW, but to say he is poor is way off.

This is the eons old big guy vs little guy fight. If the big guy gets ahold of the little guy, the little guys getting ragdolled. Nearly all of Peter's advantages disappear the moment KingPin gets ahold of him. As long as Peter keeps his distance the Kingpin can't use Peter's face to remove any concrete walls. Peter speed and strength mean almost nothing if you can't touch the ground or get a shot off with his web shooters.
Kingpin is a sumo wrestler so he needs to grab spiderman to do any damage.

Actually Daredevil is a lot more than just an "Irish boxer". He was trained early by Stick, a street level ninja, so he'll be bringing those skill levels to the fight.

The whole nerve strike thing is irrelevant when the opponent is covered in armour. You can't apply a nerve strike if you can't get at the nerves.

Batman doesn't always wear armor though depending upon which version of batman you speak of by which writer and how aware of daredevil batman is. Matt also likely would in the fight dismantle the armor even if its worn over the course of the fight.
In the Arkham Knight he has heavy Armor too and all it did was made him faster and even more terrifying so...

A couple of things I would like to say. If Superman can bench press the Earth for days, he would have to really really hold back for Batman to survive an attack from him. There is also no way that Batman should be able to sneak around Superman. And lastly, besides Spider-Man, there are quite a few heroes more agile than Daredevil such as Nightcrawler, Black Panther, Beast and a few others that surpass human limits for agility.
Black Panther's ability is his genius... However, I agree... There's people with way more agility than Daredevil, and the list is exhaustive

My father was stationed in Thaïlande and there was rumors of a real Ninja living there, this guy looked like a normal skinny guy, but he was one of the strongest people I've ever seen.
He could one punch people across a room,so yes someone like Batman could exist but it would take a life time of training, which is what Batman has done.

it is not accurate to say that bats can’t see very well. In fact, bats have eyesight that is comparable to or even better than that of humans. Their eyes are adapted for low-light conditions, allowing them to see better at night than humans can. The idea that they can't see well is just a popular Myth.

This is hard But I have to give it to Batman. Not only because of his armor, fighting styles etc.. He is a polymath. I'm sure he has complete knowledge of human anatomy, but just doesn't use pressure points and things like that to disable his opponents. I also have to say I think he has better fighting skills than daredevil.

Flashbangs do more than blind. They produce a loud sound that confuses and disorients opponents. Hence the “bang” part.
Consider that Batman’s are likely a lot more lethal than normal ones and designed to work on super villains and it’s likely an advantage to take away Daredevil’s senses if even for a moment to gain any advantage.
Daredevil was trained and taught his fighting skills under a blind ninja master named stick. Who also traned elektra.
There was a time when DD lost his powers and stick re trained him to fight without his sonar. Daredevil fights the ninja way.

Batman: Genius, Billionaire, Playboy, Philanthropist. Sherlock Holmes brain, Olympic Boxer, Olympic Weight Lifter, Olympic Wrestler, Olympic Gymnast, Martial Artist, Military Genius.
The running joke is that these two could switch names
So here’s a scenario that’s most likely to happen. If Batman knows daredevils existence, he’d be prepared to beat him. If Batman knows daredevils existence but didn’t have that prep time, he’d still be able to beat him knowing his weaknesses at hand. So finally, if Batman was dropped by a portal and he and daredevil fought, it be super close but as mentioned, Batman would learn that daredevil is blind and would figure out how daredevil is ‘seeing’ things. He’s pop some loud speakers to distract daredevil and with only a seconds worth of a window, he’d barely beat daredevil. Cuz daredevil isn’t weak by any means. So it’s a difficult win but Batman will walk away injured. That’s the best scenario for daredevil in general. Second best for him is an early escape but with some wounds. But if daredevil did this, he ain’t winning the second round.

The crossover "Eye For An Eye" was actually the second team up of these two characters. The first was 1995's "Batman / Daredevil: Sons of the Night." In this first encounter, they also don't fight but join forces immediately. As the story progresses, Batman is in awe of Daredevil's radar sense, correctly concluding that it's several orders of magnitude superior to mere normal sight, and is also hugely impressed by Daredevil's fighting abilities, believing them to be fully on par with his own.
They fought to a standstill in the crossovers... DC typically overpowers thier characters, so It's more like writer's preferance.. In Batman's case, they always say "Prep Time" and of course, Batman can figure out DD's hypersensitive to loud noises. Hand to hand it's been equal. The Bullseye referance was Marvel kissing DC's ass cause DC was more popular at the time. I bet if they did a crossover now, DC would have to concied a bit more since Marvel is bigger. Lastly, as a long time DD fan (35+ years)... we like him because he's vulnerable. You always have some doubt that he'll win, but no matter how much DD gets his ass handed to him, he always gets back up, like his Dad, Battlin’Jack.

Marvel is much less OP across their entire roster, and that's okay. DC is often far less concerned with making power levels believable and much more interested in how the things these god-like heroes go through effects them on personal, emotional, and psychological levels. Marvel on the other hand is much more concerned with how these heroes react when their power, as great as it is, isn't enough. Both are good and the nuance is subtle, but very much there.
This is so wrong because in DC there are 127 martial arts while in Marvel are over 190 and Daredevil is relative to Shang-Chi,Batmna is not as good with nerve strikes as Daredevil since Matt could fix Spidey's pain in his arm and can paralyze limbs in just a touch.
At the end of the day Daredevil is:more skilled,more durable,more agile and absolutly destroys Batman in a fight

In reality you'd need to master Filipino Martial Arts for weapons (lady shiva even beat Batman with it, it's really excellent with weapons, counter attacks, nerve attacks and quite deadly but it has it's flaws when it comes to hitting with power), then boxing (yes, boxing, excellent to deal blows and know how to take them, adding it to panantukan which is Filipino Dirty Boxing would be great) with Muay Thay that add's to both Boxing and Dirty Boxing and adding to Pananjakman which is Filipino kick fighting and Silat and Jiu-Jitsu (not to stay on the ground mind you, it would be a death trap, specially with multiple opponents that talking realistically is also a death sentence, but to get out of the ground fast and/or execute a lock quickly and break limbs).

Sorry, but you can't have it both ways. Anything that dampens the "effects of sonic attacks" is going to reduce the effectiveness of Daredevil's sonar. Besides, all Batman has to do is set off the sprinklers and Daredevil's sonar is practically useless. Batman could also pull a vial of butanoic acid out of his utility belt, break it in front of Daredevil and Daredevil's enhanced sense of smell would leave him utterly incapacitated while he uncontrollably pukes his guts up.

I'm not a fan of what they've done with batman over the yrs. He's so overpowered, they might as well make him a metahuman. It was Marvel vs. D.C. circa 1995, and in it Batman flattens Bullseye, who collapses at Batman’s feet, mumbling that Batman hits even harder than Daredevil, before blacking out. Not “is better”. just “hits harder”. Probably because of the size and weight difference. Daredevil 6” 200 pounds; Batman 6”3 210 pounds.

Like the word “superhuman”, which strictly speaking, neither of these characters is, if we set aside Daredevil’s hypersenses. When Superman was mine-controlled by Poison Ivy, Batman said himself that Clark was still holding back so he wouldn't hurt Bruce, so don't act like Supes was trying to go all out. Also, Shiva, Richard Dragon and Bronze Tiger tend to beat Batman more than he beats them, and there is no possible way he beats Karate Kid, who is actually considered the best martial artist in DC. Batman ranked 6th in best DC fighters.

As a fan of Batman, I have to disagree with you. Bruce is nowhere near the strength of a supersoldier; he’s simply the peak of human potential as a species. He’s incredibly precise in everything he does, and that’s about it. One more thing: if Spidey didn’t hold back, Kingpin would be medium rare on a plate - and not even in a fancy restaurant.
