First off get the facts straight, Batman’s suit is bullet proofs it’s was said when he changed it, just had weak points. Lucius said while stop bullets, but maybe not against spray fire. He would have to at least get shot in the right place, but Wick would not know that right away.
It won't matter if it is partially bullet proof or not John would shoot his eye or mouth opening

I disagree about the part when you said John Wick is a more skilled fighter. Batman is said to be the most highly skilled fighter in the world. Batman knows so many Martial Arts such as Aikido, Boxing, Judo, Karate, Krav Maga, Kung Fu, Muay Thai, Ninjutsu and more. and also it would be hard for John Wick to actually hurt Batman because of his armored suit. So I think Batman would win.
Yeah but John has already fought with people with tactical special body armor in John wick 3 and he killed them all and has fought even more skilled fighters than him that they were trained in more martial arts and he still beat them besides John just have to shoot in his most vulnerable part that is the mouth since Batmans mask doesn't cover that part and with his accuracy in shouting that would be an easy shot for him

We have to factor in the durability of each combatants' enemies they face. Batman is often facing common thugs who go down with a single punch. Wick is facing trained professional assassins. They don't go down with gunshots, much less punches. Also, because of the nature of Batman, doesn't kill. This incentives criminals to stay down instead of getting up and continueing. Even the assassins batman faces don't have to fear death. Wick's opponents are forced to fight their hardest and keep getting up or else they'll end up dead.
The league of Shadows aren't just common thugs.

I dont know about "Batman has no counter for johns guns". Just because a movie doesnt show all capabilities of a character, doesnt mean they don't have other means at their disposal. Sure Batman may not be bullet proof however he has an array of gadgets at his disposal. And even wit. Many tactics Batman could use to win, such as taking out all the lights and using night vision. Using smoke screens. Disappearing and setting up a trap. He has many other gadgets. But his most important weapon/skill is the fact he studies all his enemies before he fights them. This would include John wick. Batman would know how he fights and adjust accordingly. Even wearing better armor if needed. Wick is good but im sorry, he is no match for the Dark Knight. Batman easily wins 7/10 fights.
Listen I’m a big batman fan I played all the arkham games even read his comics, but going into Nolans Batman, Sure he can disarm him, that is possible BUT This is where experience takes place, You said he would study wick right? in the 2nd movie even the third most of the hitman study him carefully and still got owned, its not because they did bad research it was because they felt they knew everything they needed to know and Batman will fall into this case because YES he will study him, he will hear stories of what he did but now You gatta take into factor on what John is, A marksmen, Basically Deadshot, AND with great grappling skills which was always Batmans kryptonite because in most fights that Bane wins is because Batman relies on takedowns and quick strikes but a real martial artist, (John Wick) would counter those quick strikes and grapple him to the ground and finish him, the 2nd part is his fighting skills is on par with Rais master experience and ofcourse himself whos focused, determined, and his suit being bullet proof just means he can take some of Batmans attack, sure hes got a lot of gadgets John wouldn’t know what to do but seeing them 1st time he’ll learn to counter them and bring batman close, This is where experience wins, And if its Nolans Batman, hes not gonna beat him 7/10 its more like 4/10 because again yes hes got all kinds of gadgets but John wick being a literal terminator who’s focused will see through the fight and if not kill he can incapacitate him as Batman would to bring him to justice, Mind You in Nolans Verse Batman had many months and weeks to prepare for enemies and rest, John just has a few hours in most of his movies to rest up and fight, And in the last 2 movies not including John wick 4, He was limping all the way to his destination and STILL fought skilled hitman, If he can do this, Batman is in for a LONG NIGHT.

Batman Begins
The Batsuit is the armor Batman wears to conceal his identity and to frighten criminals, this particular incarnation of the Batsuit is given the most complete description ever seen in a Batman film and possibly the comic books. The suit is derived from Lucius Fox's Research and Development program, within Wayne Enterprises' Applied Sciences Division.
It is described by Fox as a "Nomex survival suit" originally intended for advanced military use, but, with its $300,000 price tag, was considered to be too expensive for the United States Army and military in general, based on an advanced infantry armor system constructed from Nomex, the first layer of protection is an undersuit with built-in temperature regulators designed to keep the wearer at a comfortable temperature in almost any condition, the second layer of protection consists of armor built over the chest, calves, thighs, arms and back. This armor features a kevlar bi-weave that can stop slashing weapons and can also deflect any bullet short of a straight shot impact and, reinforced joints that allow maximum flexibility and mobility.
The armor was then coated with a black latex material to dampen Bruce Wayne's heat signature, making him difficult to detect with night-vision equipment, made of a graphite material, the cowl acts as a protective helmet, the cowl's kevlar lining is supposed to be bulletproof, a manufacturing defect in the graphite used in the production of the first shipment of the cowl's components made it's outer shell incapable of withstanding blunt trauma (a flaw Alfred demonstrates to Bruce Wayne using a baseball bat) Batman takes on Falcone and his henchmen at the docks with the defective helmet, the second shipment was supposed to fix this problem. An advanced eavesdropping device is concealed within the cowl's right ear and enables Batman to listen in on conversations from a distance.
Batman's cape is made of "memory cloth", also developed by Lucius Fox, it is essentially flexible in its normal state, but becomes semi-rigid in a fixed form (Batman's wings in the film) when an electric current is passed through it from the microcircuits in his right glove, Bruce also adds metal gauntlets with scallops on the forearms, an innovation derived from his experience as a pupil of Ra's al Ghul's organization, the League of Shadows. Mainly used to block against knives or other stabbing weapons, Bruce managed to surprise Ra's by breaking the blade of his ninjaken in multiple places with the gauntlets. The Dark Knight
The Batsuit is changed in the next film, this new design, the bodysuit is made of hardened kevlar plates on a titanium-dipped fiber and is broken into multiple pieces of armor over a more flexible bodysuit for greater mobility, however, as a trade-off, the flexible armor leaves Batman more vulnerable to injury from bullets or knifes in favor of increased flexibility and lighter weight, the cowl of the Batsuit, which in previous film incarnations has been attached to the shoulder and neck, is now a separate component inspired by the design of motorcycle helmets, allowing the wearer to freely swivel and move his neck without moving the rest of his upper torso as was characteristic in all the previous cinematic versions of the Batsuit. Also, a strong electric current runs through it that prevents anyone except Bruce from removing it, further protecting his identity.
In this Batsuit, the iconic blades on the sides of Batman's gauntlets are now retractable and are capable of firing outwards as projectiles. The bat emblem is smaller than the one in Batman Begins and it is more similar to the Batman logo used in the posters.
Furthermore, unlike the Batsuit in Batman Begins, this suit does not have an external "memory cloth" cape, but, instead, a concealed cape in compartments behind the shoulder blades, which eject, connecting to the suits limbs to provide a hang-glider-like functionality with a bat-motif design. Your love of Wick exceeds your reasoning. You have to go back to the 1980's for a version of Batman that loses. Utility belt, intelligence, tactics are just a few things you neglect. Batman uses what he needs. He doesn't use a 500 pound bomb when a hand grenade will work. He'll recognize the threat that Wick poses and respond accordingly.

I’ve noticed the trend that John Wick pretty much always gets picked to win these things.
Because he is the best in the category of realistic (or at lest the most realostic possible) fighter. But if you put him against anyone on the superior category lile DCEU batman, arrowverse deathstroke or MCU captain america he would strugle and most likely be defeated. That why he always win because he is never against true challenges
