+Les m sure:
-plastic petri dishes: 2,50€ / 20 pcs
-eosin y: 5€ / 10g
-methylene blue: 5€ / 10g
-dipotassium phosphate: 6€ / 100g
-lactose (supermarket grade): 2€ / 500g
-sucrose (supermarket grade): 1€ / 500g
-peptone (filtered beef bouillon): 2€ / 100g
-agar-agar (supermarket grade): 5€ / 50g
I listed the smallest amounts you can normally buy. The first four supplies are lab grade. All together should be around 30€ or 32USD, but it should be enough for about 200 agar plates (apart from the petri dishes) ;)
