Yesss Smokey's truly home. I don't think Smokey was happy over at Chads new farm. It's just my opinion Grandpa, but you could tell, she didn't do zoomies or anything. It took a big decision by Chad, but I think it was the right one.
She has a closer connection to Grandpa because he's always given her attention and affection. But Chad had always said she's not a pet but a lgd and didn't give her the same. The adjustment must have been really hard for her.. especially with what else happened at 2.0
@@jenniferpinto7044 LGD have to be trained & acclimated to herds, etc. Can't just throw them in & stop human contact & care. You're gonna love the 'rolly pollys' Olivia and Bella, and seeing Miss Lola - notice she's lost a few pounds and moving around a bit more! Been waiting on this video❤️❤️👍👍👍👍❤️❤️ just a thought since Smokey has been stressed especially while eating may be a good area of the new side pen you built for the chicken area to put her in it for her meal time until she gets readjusted. That way everyone stays away from her eating. In time she will calm once she realized she doesn't feel threatened. Or maybe fix her a squared off area where no one else can get close to her while she is eating. For her safety as well as everyone else.
It's a blessing when we do what's best for our furbabies. Hard decisions and we hurt for them because they hurt but what a wonderful thing to do here. Bring Smokey back where she is home. Her love for her job, her friends and Grandpa. She calmed down and was like she never left. She is probably thinking "I hear the chickens but I don't see them" 🥰 you might need to think about where you feed Smokey, Ralph. She had to protect her food to eat so you might need to 'make Smokey's feed timw' special just for her and no one can come into her area.
Grandpa always made sure nothing got to her food like Mr Batman. Lol. Grandpa & Grandma, Kyle & Shannon have a lot of love for the animals & do what's best. Smokie will come back around but hopefully won't carry the trauma of living at Chad's for long. It'll take some time & a whole Lotta patience. God bless Grandpa, Grandma, Kyle & Shannon for doing what is best for Smokie & not dumping her on someone else or leaving her with Chad to put her down.
So nice to see Smokey back at home with her friends. This should help her get over the trauma of fighting with Bandit. I think she got so depressed after the fight that she needs a new environment. Love ❤️ ya Smokey 😘 ❤️
I was thinking the same thing. She had to defend Bruce, but it must have been hard for her to have to nearly kill Bandit, and him having to be put down, right there. Any animal expert will tell you that something like that can cause trauma, PTSD and other emotional issues, just like it does humans who have had to go to war, or defend themselves against violence with violence, against their attacker. Smokey knew Bandit very well, and he was still a very young dog, and it obviously caused her depression and trauma after having to do what she had to do to him. His smell is most likely still at Chad's farm if it hasn't had a lot of rain to begin to wash it away, which doesn't help. I think she will thrive again, being back home where things were much happier.
AWESOME because Smokey was NOT happy there sooooooooooooo excited she's coming HOME!!! I think he was scared at that other place and she's home now. It's hard for dogs to make such changes and it will work out and GOD BLESS YOU ALL too.

Aww, Smokey looks relaxed, calmer, and not stressed. I bet she is happy to be home. I know Chad had to make a difficult decision, but he did the right thing for her.
Chad made a hard, loving decision to bring Smokey home. He put her first. I believe you and Grandma get credit for the man you raised. He gets credit for the man he has become. And Smokey receives the benefit. Looking forward to seeing her get comfortable and relaxing with the new and improved farm. Blessings to you and the critters.

I’m so happy she’s back home
Yup.!!!
AWESOME because Smokey was NOT happy there sooooooooooooo excited she's coming HOME!!! I think he was scared at that other place and she's home now. It's hard for dogs to make such changes and it will work out and GOD BLESS YOU ALL too.
So glad that good girl is home 💚🌱
Brings tears to your eyes seeing her at Grandmas and Grandpas , it’s her original home .💜You can see the Love .
Hello Ralph and Smokey! I think Batman will be very glad to see Smokey too. God Bless You, Chad.
So happy to see Smokey back home. She did not have a good experience at the new farm and give Chad a lot of credit for realizing that. May God Bless you all as you continue with your homesteading. Thank you for sharing.
Smoky is looking so relaxed. It was a great decision you and Grandma made to bring Smoky back.
I am proud of Chad for making the decision to send Smokey back to her safe spot. It breaks my heart that she is so nervous and depressed.
I’m so happy to see Smokey back with you , I think she will be happier there .
Smokey is so happy being home. The goats are happy to see her back. ❤️
I’m so happy she’s back with you and her friends.
I think smoky is happy to be back! And I know you’re happy to have her back!
I’m glad you have Smoky back with you!❤️
Aww, Smokey looks relaxed, calmer, and not stressed. I bet she is happy to be home. I know Chad had to make a difficult decision, but he did the right thing for her.
So happy that Chad did what's best for Smokey, he always tries to do his best for all the animals and of course his family! Blessings 🙌
Lovely to see smokey back at her old home with her old friends ,few days to get her bearings and she,ll be fine
Agree. Chad always tries his best for the animals and his family when making decisions. It was a hard decision. He and Smokey had a real connection.
Just love the homecoming, the preporation for it and to see Smokey reacquainting herself with all her "children" to protect. Love this.
Just love you guys
So happy Smokey is home, you've got to wonder what has been going through her mind.
I’m so happy to see Smokey is back home. She will be so glad to see you. ❤️❤️
I love that Smokey is back, he is better at your place with a smaller group of animals to manage.
