You could go into Ravelry and do a pattern search > more search options > suggested yarn name = “we are knitters the cotton” - then filter to pullovers or t-shirts. Lots of nice ideas. I thought the Ballard Tee by Sari Norlund looked nice and you could extend the length of the body and sleeves a bit to use all of your yarn. 😊
I also applied to test the Kip and immediately earmarked a specific yarn for that purpose. 😂 Very excited for the pattern to release so I can get started!
It’s just such a good looking sweater! Im thinking about doing a sort of informal KAL when the patterns comes out for those of us that are extra excited for it 😁
So I started watching your pod cast after finding your video on favorite pod casts, you are so amazing and the fact that you do ballet as well esp with adults ( took for years) but would love to find a place that does basic adult ballet her in North Carolina. I still consider myself a beginner even though I’ve been knitting for a long time I’m just haven’t done anything that thinks outside the box li,ke lace or or many decorative elements or color work) loved your slouchy hat may have to do one of those anyway I have really enjoyed your pod cast thanks for sharing your passions! Marcia
Thank you so much for all the kind words! I hope you can find a place to take ballet. It’s such a shame that it can often be hard to find classes as an adult dancer because it’s such an amazing thing to get to do.
Where in North Carolina are you? If there is a dance studio in your town or nearby maybe you could call and ask them about starting an adult ballet class. I started one last year and it was wonderful!
I feel like a lot of your fingering weight single skeins were colors that looked nice together and would be good for something in stripes or a scrap buster. All of your suggestions just seemed to consider them singly instead of using them in multiples. Even the colors you felt would wash you out may look great used as stripes with darker colors like your blues, greens and reds or in non-garment knits. I love the cubes your husband built. Your room will look so warm and inviting once you get it all done.❤🧶
Suggestions: cotlin - washcloths. 100g - hats. 50g - hand warmers or headbands. 150g - 200g - hold with mohair and you can knit a vest. For mohair leftovers - if you crochet check out the moebius single crochet cowl from churchmouse yarns. I made several of these. It's the most basic crochet and goes super fast. If you are interested reach out and I will give you more details on the changes I made. Hope this helps with all your random skeins :)
I love WAK cotton! I'm making a very modified version of the tap cardigan now. I don't have their pattern. But can tell you how I'm knitting it if you're interested.

I feel like the blue cotton would make a lovey sampler blanky
I just did a crochet granny square tank called Woodstock Weekend from Drops Design using some random skeins. Came out really cute!

The cotton yarn looks very nice, I would do a summer sleeve less top.

If the cotton is worsted weight. It would make a lovely Corran Cardigan by Rebecca Clow
This is a fantastic idea!
I have a whole skein of Fisherman’s Wool in white and I’ve found that I don’t like it. Would you like my skein to use with yours?
Yeah, that would be awesome! Thank you 😊
@@AKnitterObsessed It is on its way to you via a mutual friend who is seeing your husband soon.

This is a great point! I’ll definitely try mixing and matching the yarn as I’m trying to decide on projects
