- This is the beginning of the new segments of follow along workouts. These follow along workouts will help with your sports performance as well as your other physical attributes. These follow along workouts will get you in shape and help with your fitness journey. This 5 minute workout was a wrestling related workout around the neutral position.

This is such a convenient workout, short simple and you can literally do it anywhere and you're actually working out the important muscles. I've used this so many times, when I miss a practice, after school, when I'm on vacation, after a workout that didn't feel like a workout💀Your literally a genius, this has improved my wrestling so much.

Man I just wanna say thanks so much for all the content. My son is 8 years old in his second year. He loves the surfboard pin by the way and hopes to hit it on someone soon. But I’ve never wrestled, I’ve only played baseball so without this channel I wouldn’t have anything to help him advance outside of his practices. So thanks man he’s watched a ton of your videos and he’s earned some medals since then so I’m sure you’ve helped him more than you know.

I am not a wrestler, living a sedentary lifestyle and I tried this. I respect wrestlers even more now!
U should try wrestling, for the first 2-3 months ur gonna suck and get pinned 99% of the time, but after that you should get the hang of it.
Pretty good for conditioning. Love the combination of plyometrics and sports specific movements! However, I would advise maybe setting the interval, basically turning it into HIIT. Conditioning is tricky for wrestling since it uses elements of all three bioenergetic systems. I love the videos man. Keep up the great work!
