For World Autism Acceptance Week 2024, Prior’s Court hosted a series of compelling talks covering a range of topics around autism.
This is a recording of the talk on Friday, 5 April. The talk topic was “Looking at autism through a sensory lens,” presented by Specialist Occupational Therapist Helen Cranstone. This event was a workshop-style presentation, encouraging discussion and exploration, of the challenges faced by autistic young people with additional needs.
As a Specialist Occupational Therapist, Helen specialists in sensory integration. She has worked in the fields of autism, learning disabilities and mental health for more than 25 years.
