This doesn't even sound remotely like "Fireflight" anymore. It sounds like Dawn Michele's vocals over pop music. It's one thing when a band's sound evolves over time, but if a band is going to completely change genres, my opinion is that they should start solo/side projects rather than tagging music of an entirely different style to the same name they've had for years. Otherwise a username like "fireflightrock" ends up being pretty misleading.
I do like the previews to "The Fallout" and "Out of my Head," as well as the full songs "Safety" and "Resuscitate" the rest of this album sounds too poppy and bland. :P I absolutely love all of Fireflight's past albums, especially "Now" and "Healing of Harms," I did like how they blended hard rock with electronica in "Now," but this is over the edge and sounds bland and extremely soft. This might be the very first Fireflight album that'll let me down, I don't know :/ ...
While Fireflight is going a bit pop, I can definitely hear and feel a rock vibe. They even made a statement. "We have changed over the years, as has our music." They are still amazing!

i felt a bit disappointed too.. too much electronic. i really don't understand why bands totally change their music.. we all used to like their rock music and now its all changed.. there are some songs that are remember a lil bit the old firefight style but many others are too electronic/pop like!
