I couldn't have put it better myself. For decades, the UK has been on the forefront when it comes to pushing musical genres. So many great Brit Pop artists and tracks from the 80's, right up to all the rave variation of the 90's. @STRANJAH Ahh, no I had it back in the day, situation in 02 meant I had to get rid of my vinyl and techs, og jungle and dnb up to about 97 (it got a bit to intelligent/jazzy for me after) then collected again from around 00 to 02 but also my UKG collection up to the same point, with some tunes that fetch a stupid price on discogs today. I got myself a ddjrb around 2015, but like I say, I'm old school, but I didn't have access to much of the stuff I had on vinyl so had to rip stuff from YT (I know it gets better) and the odd bits from P2P sites, I didn't have a clue about bitrates in audio at the time until I played a small Internet radio station and listening (if I could) to the tracks of low quality I played was shameful. So I invested in a set of reloop turntables and pioneer mixer around covid time , and found someone who was selling a mixed vinyl collection near me, took a good handful of tunes, some of my old UKG and jungle DnB were among it, shot down was plus Ray Keith vintage dread album. So since then I've been lucky to find a few items at charity shops, but if not then I'll get bits off doscogs, it's an expensive hobby. Who knew that you were a scouser? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Someone please EXPLAIN this scouser thing to me 😂😂😂
@@STRANJAH when the vox says “back”, “fire” and “desire”.
“Back” is prominent. Kinda Flemish moist throat sound.
Just look up a scouser vid and listen. 😉🤣
@@STRANJAHa Scouser is someone from Liverpool in the UK. They have a VERY distinctive accent.😊
Ah, can't say I ever heard this before! Nor have I ever been told that I sound like that! 😂
@ it’s when you are using the AI vocalist. Not your usual accent/voice. 👍
It must be how it interprets your voice/accent.
Sounds like a scouser singing, nice breakdown though. Nice work
lol I thought it would be amusing to sing for y’all 😅
@STRANJAH I loved it dude. I only realised after how that may have read.
thanks my friend!
It's funny how much of Bad Company's work is hopelessly outdated. especially the Digital Nation album.
Eh? You’re talking 25 years ago. its a different time in production. what dnb tracks from this era could still be played side by side with todays?

Outdated ?
Nothing out now has the legs that any of that late 90s early 2000s techstep has.
Doubt 20 year from now we will be listening to anything that’s released lately .. except for remixes of classics ..
No, he’s right. They made some stone cold classics, but they also put out a lot of shit.

Yup, A-Juno patch 86.
Nice! Yes, that is the exact patch number! That Eric Persing, what a genius. MANY of Roland's famous sounds, are all because of him!
Great vid!!! Gotta be honest tho - I feel the arrangement on the kicks on the drop aren't quite the same as the original. Who cares tho right?!?!?! I know you're just doing it as a lesson so sorry if I'm being pernickety. Peas 🫛✌🏾
Yes, you are right, this was just supposed to be a quick throw together, to give you guys the idea on how it was done, of course there is always room for misinterpretation, or personal changes made to the arrangement, but this is the beauty of this, being able to make these subtle changes, to change the track and make it more like your own. When I make these videos, I hope people will pick up on these things, learn and take away what they can from the videos and then apply them to their own tracks. I am glad you had a keen eye to notice this and no problem at all for pointing it out!
