- Sina-Drums (Sina Döring) on drums at the Kurhaus Wiesbaden in Wiesbaden (Germany) performing the song 'Another brick in the Wall' by Pink Floyd at the Rock the Opera concert on 10/29/2022. Again provided by Sina long time fan and supporter Ralf Floßbach. Unfortunately I could not attend due to a sudden illness and had to stay in the hospital.

Sina counting measures at the beginning ! I love it. That is the universal activity for percussionists, the world over! I play with a 60 piece band in a 5 member percussion section and somebody is always counting measures. LOL thanks guys stay safe!

Ain't no expert, Sina has a solid foundation, solid technique and loves what she does! Remember meeting Ginger Baker's son Kofi years ago at the gym, he talked about how some of his students never progressed. I am catching up on these videos. Hence, my comments are later than others in this forum. Thanks, for all of the filming efforts from these fantastic live events! It's great to see/hear Sina sharing her talents with a live audience in this setting outside of her studio. Great song choice and performance. I have seen many professional Pink Floyd cover bands in recent years. And I saw Pink Floyd (with David Gilmour and Nick Mason) in what would be their last world tour back in 1994 (Pulse). Sina certainly does this track justice (Nick would be proud). The drums definitely have that "live" act sound, very much like the Pulse tour (rather than the studio track). Just fantastic! Can't get enough of this... reliving brilliant legendary music, interpreted and shared back via an even more brilliant and vibrant young genius! @Sina, I can't say enough, but I can't say more in this tiny box.

Und Sina ist auch, sehr niedlich in dieser Videoaufnahme. Sie scheint gute Laune zu haben. Gutes Gefühl, das zu sehen.

Hallo lakos. ich kann das nur bestätigen es war einfach ein tolles konzert in einem sehr schönen konzerthaus. sina war klasse und auch hania. es war für mich einfach so schön nach 2019 sina wieder einmal live zu erleben. sie ist so selbstbewußt geworden und war so hübsch in ihrem schwarzen kleid. hab auch kurz ihren vater mike gesehen.

I think Sina's drums need more microphones..😜 I don't know how many videos I've seen from the 70's and even the 80's where the drum set only has two mics on it. (A lot...) Glad to see "The drummer" is finally getting the respect they deserve in a live concert setting.
Wow - how awesome is that !!! I've always loved that song and this performance is the best I've ever seen / heard it done. Sina, you have an incredible special talent. You are and will continue to be one of the drumming greats and by far the best female drummer I have ever heard.

Hi Mark. Unfortunately, you can start the community mode only from 5,000 followers. This will probably never happen. Yes, I got very nice sticks from Sina, that's right. It was a very nice gesture from Sina about which I was incredibly happy, although I already have some sticks from Sina. But these are now really something very special.

@@robertakerman3570 Hi, actually the "oe" is a way to avoid the umlaut ö, but have the same pronunciation in German. I think there is no English equivalent to the sound of the umlaut "ö". If you want: it's even more complicated, in the area of Germany where Sina's parents live, the e can also be used to lengthen the vowels a and o, so Doering could also be pronounced as "Dooring". The area is strongly influenced by the Dutch language, even the street name of the Doerings is a pure Dutch word.
@@robertakerman3570 In fact, Sina is called 'Döring', as it is also written on the nameplate on her front door, the 'Doering' is used when the keyboard language has no 'ö' or, for better comprehensibility in countries where there is no 'ö'. Michael, Sina's father, also had problems with the 'ö' when he toured Europe with his Beatles band 'Silver Beatles'. Because nobody could pronounce the name 'Döring' correctly, he called himself 'Mike Wilbury'.
