I really like light-colored interiors. It brightens things up. The exterior color is not as important to me. I think every exterior color that Honda offers is probably pretty good.
This guy is the best car reviewer - he actually did his homework and knows how to operate all the features and to through the electronic menus. Impressive and efficient review.
Best car reviewer I've seen. I love how you go through everything so comprehensively. So many things I was curious about that you covered, that other reviewers did not even mention.
We looked at the 2025 EX after having a 2021 model. I don't know what's going on at Honda but they pared down the 2025. No satellite radio, fog lights, rear access levers to fold rear seats, sun blind for luggage compartment (even though the plastic is molded for one) The center console is cramped. I was convinced this was the base model it just seemed like many corners were cut. I'm baffled as to what the company was thinking.
All CR-Vs of the current generation (even the top sport touring trim) don’t have fog lights and you need to go to the EX-L and higher to get the 9-inch infotainment with satellite radio option. Maybe in 2026 (the CR-V would be due for a refresh) they might have fog lights and fully digital gauge cluster instead of the half digital/half analog you see now.
Bought the ex-l hybrid in radiant red metallic. It really pops with the black highlights. Expensive car though, and the road noise is not great. Still I love this car so far. It feels really solid and premium. So far the gas mileage is pretty much meeting specs.
The EX-L is the top trim gas model offered at a premium price. No fog lights. No upgraded wheels. No under hood insulation pad. No hatch release levers to fold rear seats. No fold flat rear seats. No upgraded stereo system. No heated steering wheel. No garage door opener. No ventilated front seats. No height adjustment or lumbar support on the front passenger seat. No 360 camera. No pano roof. FAIL.
Some of these are true, but the seats do fold flat, there is heated seats up front. The stereo system is updated compared to previous CRV models. This also is not the top trim gas model, I believe there is one more above this that can come in gas.
Considering the Nissan Rogue Limited vs Honda EXL. Honda has better reliability, but Rogue at that trim offers more value for the money in terms of interior and exterior - fog lights, pano roof, 360 camera and heated steering wheel. Rogue is also very spacious and quiet on the inside.
I'm getting my third CRV-EXL. I want the white with gray interior because I will be driving in the Phoenix area with the heat. So many come with black interior. Not for me. I would like AWD also.
Man, If they could just do the same power train as the toyota. power, mpg, towing.. it would be a great. And does the wireless charging pad actually do anything now?.. Every Video says it's worthless.
It drove slow because its still on its break in period, since its a new car you have to drive a certain amount of miles before it gives access to its full potential, the dealer should have told you that. Thats what my new car did and then it was fast.

Excellent comprehensive review. Thank you!
Thank you so much for the informative review. I have decided on this model and will be receiving it within next few weeks. Great video!
You do great reviews! Great job on the videos
The horn sounds so much better for 2025. Great review.
Absolutely just bought one today and the horn was indeed greatly improved over the 2023. Though it was the hybrid.
Very nice suv and great review❤

I cannot find one with white seats

Cvt is a deal killer
I need more info on wire less charging!!
What do you think about the handling compared to other Comact SUvs?

How about the road noise and wind i have an accord 2021 sport and i can feel every small crack on the road 😅
fore once they got a nice wheel on a honda crv good work guys
Very nice car😊
How is the road noise in the 2025
I thought it was pretty good for the segment.
does the back up camera have beeping sensors?
I think maybe on higher trims
Yes it does you have to play with it in your settings
Whats the price difference between this CRV and the CR-V HYBRID SPORT-L 2WHEEL DRIVE?
😬😬😬 Not quite sure, $2-$5k maybe? 🤷🏾♂️
Y did they got rid of the led fog lights
Something I been wondering about Toyota did too what's with that, that's crazy to me I like fog lights on a vehicle.
Does this trim EXL have heated rear seats?
No
All Honda CR-V trims do not have heated rear seats, you need Accord for that
Mazda is much better for features and price !
Is this AWD or 2WD?

did they fix the crash test issue?
What is that crash test issue?
Actually there was a sticky steering issue right?
Not sure on this unfortunately.
This is not a EX-L because there are no leather seats. Mines is white with black leather inside.
This does have a leather interior and the steering wheel is leather wrapped that’s how you know it’s an EX-L
Lacking features and outdated interior, next.
CVT? NOPE!
Test drove this a 2025 crv ex and exL awd and it was so weak. Drove like a little kia forte. I would never buy this.

@@chopy5046 yes they told us that but i was not gonna trust it. It has a weak engine period.
If you are looking for better engine zoom, go with the hybrids or Mazdas
