Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
130g oatmeal
A pinch of salt
2 tbsp chopped almonds for a crunchy bite
Preparation Steps:
I start by processing oatmeal, bananas, and a pinch of salt in a food processor to create a uniform dough. Then, I transfer the dough mixture to a bowl and stir in the chopped almonds to add extra texture and flavor. I form the dough into small cookies and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. I bake the cookies at 160 degrees Celsius with convection for about 30 minutes until they turn golden brown.
