Thanks for sharing this trick! I noticed beforehand occassions where lighting up zombies could cause them to run into a plague heart and practically insta kill it, but this seems like the totally reliable version of it.
I knew that there was some sort of bug when zombies lit in flames somehow "damages" a plague heart when they ran to it. I recall Gitgud Fox was doing the same thing but instead of a zombie as "bait". He ignites himself by touching lit zombies and he somersaults towards the plague heart and poof! Plague Heart dead! That's why I like Plague hearts in enclosed areas because zeds can clump up inside and can somehow kill the Plague heart when they ran to it. But of course, the God of SOD2 made it more reliable and consistent! THANK YOU CHAMP!

i just drive my suv/jeep and shoot the hearts with my crossbow while on top ov the SUV.... same tactic since before legacy playthrough was uploaded :) take a nice stack ov bolts to deal with any misses/jugs/screamers/bloaters great way for new community members to become heroes fast
I do that too! Drivr around the building and see the glow from a window. Park up, jump in the back of the pick up and shoot it. It kinda takes the fun outta it tbh
I found this out one day with my friends that a screamer spawned a bloater on the plague heart. Lit it on fire, and it destroyed the plague heart instantly

You can use any incendiary to ignite the gas. If the ignitor can damage plague heart, throw it in a way that it doesn't directly damage hearts. So bloater gas will always deliver consistent damage.
@BHPaperstacks beat the game with every type of leader on easy. Then pick a select group you want to use for lethal. Then with that group pick easy gather all the stuff you think you'll need(it's never enough) and beat the game then start on lethal.
Damn I finished lethal difficulty several times without firing a single bullet nor any kinda explosion 💥 no wonder I didn't know that trick 😁 I always go for the more grinder ways to make it even harder to finish, but good trick anyway 😁👍

I stand corrected, it still works! Make sure you push the zombie INTO the heart, not slightly past it like I did.

In lethal u need 3 blowder gas granades to kill, so if u play standard u only need 1

I use c4 and blocker. This is too much work.
My problem so far is the gathering enough resources and leveling up enough in lethal to even get there in the first place.
