The written instructions were great- we didn't need to watch the videos, but it was good knowing that the option was there if we needed it. After we were able to get it set up, the boys each rode 3 miles and I rode 8 and the bike stayed quiet. The display is easy to reset, and you can put it on whichever setting you are using (time, distance, calories, etc). I will say that my butt is a little sore from the seat, but that could be because I haven't rode in a while. While it is comfortable for me, it was not comfortable with the seat position for my friend (could not move the seat back far enough and he slightly looked like a kid riding a tricycle that he had outgrown). He also said that the seat hurt his manly parts. We are going to look for a different seat that will be compatible with this bike for him.I did purchase the Wahoo Cadence sensor and strapped it to the crank of one of the pedals. This will sync with my Apple Watch, iPhone and will import data in to my Health app. Wahoo does have other sensors available other than cadence. I can also keep either my phone or my iPad on the display and they both feel pretty secure.
Using mine 4x a week during lockdown, alternating 30 second sprints one day and .5 miles for best time the next day. This thing is a beast !!

I purchased this machine 2 years ago and began doing an average of 1 hour per day for about 285 days. Lost 35 lb feeling great. Now that I signed up at the gym, I can work out on any cardio machine, and my endurance is insane.

The Echo Bike has been at my house for a year and a half and is used almost every day. It has not shown any wear since then. Before that, I used an assault bike at the gym. Compared to the Echo Bike, the Assault Bike is the proverbial rattletrap. The Echo Bike is built like a tank. I find the "driving behavior" of the Echo Bike to be much more pleasant than that of the Assault Bike. The belt drive transmits the power much more directly than the chain drive. Nothing rattles, nothing oils. I can also do without the wind protection. Since you definitely start to sweat, I find the "airflow" pleasant. Training on the Echo Bike is one of the hardest things you can do in the strength/endurance area. But it also really gets you further and over time the near-death experiences wear off. If I had to choose one piece of exercise equipment for the rest of my life, it would probably be the Echo Bike.
a question please im gonna buy a echo bike can i use it 2 times a day for 20 min for each and is it good for strength and lose weight because i have pain in my knees and i cant jogging for now and lets say i can 2 time a day do i have to warm up every time ?
Rogue please make a silent magnetic resistance full body bike like the Keiser M3i Full Body Trainer. It also increases resistance the harder you pedal and uses both arms and legs.
I 100% guarantee an affordable but sllent magnetic "air bike" would be a massive seller.

Do these bikes have gears to adjust difficulty?
This bike is direct drive without any gears. You can use arms only or legs only and tax that body part more. The faster you go, the more resistance. Virtually anyone can use it at the lower speeds.
Got this bike today went up to 1100 watts 30 second burst felt like i was gonna puke after lol i love this bike!...and i hate it haha
I purchased one of these thinking “how hard can it really be?”... first workout - puked up. 2nd workout , puked up again.... glad to say I’ve got passed that stage now. Well worth the investment...just make sure you take it easy initially whilst your body adjusts to the pain!!

Ben Martinez assault bike is chain driven, echo bike is belt driven which means that it needs less maintenance.

@@leroiscorpion2010 Assault bikes are thinner are more flimsy. They are good but in the long run they start failing electronically and rattle the chain and all the joints. No experience owning Rogue Echo Bike but i've used them and they feel more sturdy, smoother and less maintenance

That's impossible with an Assault bike. Maybe the Echo bike has a different mechanism generating more power.
At $750 it's fairly competitively priced...was expecting the usual "Rogue premium" to put it around 2k or something

Mine developed a serious fault after only a few weeks. The Bike was brand new only used a few times.The belt system scored the internal casing causing it to seize and damage the inside of the casing. Bike is unusable.

I got my bike last week and it makes a loud creaking noise with every turn. I have asked other echo bike owners and it’s not normal. Please Rogue reply back to my emails and help me.

Okay, since Assult is local to me, i called them and they indicated that they lowered it to 699 for their one day new years day sale. Price is back to 799 with no idea of it lowering permanently. Looks like I'll get the Rogue.

Just get any tarp that has a grade for extreme weather conditions...I have my rogue squat rack on my patio outside in Chicago. If I know it’s going to rain I throw my tarp on it to prevent rust 😎

My trainer got two of these in this week! It literally kicks my butt!! He has me do 4 sets of 20 seconds in the 400's and rest 10 seconds. 10 seconds is not enough rest!!!!!
