I wasn't expecting this video today, but it is still a welcome Victory lap for NBA Center. Also, Vibe rocking the blue shorts and tucked in shirt is making me feel things I never expected.
I’m over 16000 attempts into kaizo ironmon emerald and I’ve been to the elite 4 only twice. Furthest attempt was Drake and I just didn’t have the heals. I’m hoping I can get there soon 🙏🏼
Dang, getting the TM for Poison Gas at the second gym and then the TM for Smog at the third gym, what is the game trying to do convince you to pivot to a Koffing and teach him those two moves? 🤣🤣🤣
in Gen 3 lighting rod only re-directs electric moves, it does not nullify them. For the most part it was only an ability on ground type Pokémon in the regular game
dawg I had an Iapapa berry attached walking in to the Elite 4 then swapped to a Lum putting the Iapapa back in my bag technically giving us another heal lol
It makes me laugh how all the ironmon youtubers will keep stating that this is the "hardest" challenge when it's just simply a slot machine. You can win only if you get lucky enough, even the most skilled competitive player could take thousands of resets to complete it simply because of the randomness of it. Emerald Kaizo is way harder and way more skill based, change my mind.
You kind of contradict yourself by saying the most skilled comp player could take thousands of resets to complete this challenge, implying that it would even be difficult for them to complete, even though the difficulty comes from randomness. While I stream this challenge I've always said that it's 90% luck 10% skill. The thing that makes this challenge hard is the amount of time you have to put into it took me 640 deferent files to beat just emerald accumulating in over 168 hours played in game. Now if I took that time and spent it instead playing a hardcore nuzlocke of kaizo emerald, it would still probably take me around the same amount of time, lets say 8 hours of planning for each gym leader, 8 hours for each elite 4 member plus the champion, 20 hours for the other miscellaneous trainers, and 10 hours actually playing the game. that adds up to 64+40+20+10= 134 hours. Both challenges are difficult in there own ways. Kaizo Ironmon is bashing your head against a wall until it works, and a Traditional hardcore nuzlocke is writing an essay and hoping for a perfect score. Something can be hard without taking a lot of skill. But at the end of the day I have to title my youtube video and "pokemon emerald's hardest challenge" sounds better then "one of pokemon emerald's hardest chellenges"
@@VibeCheckup Bro i thank you for the articulated reply, which i totally get. I have to admit that i just took it on you after seeing all over yt this sensazionalization of the Ironman challenge, without considering where your content comes from and how you approach the game. Nothing personal tbh I still believe that randomness is just an artificial (and unfun) increase in difficilty. If an average Joe with the right luck can beat the challenge before you or any other experienced player does it really mean it's a hard game? Thats my feeling

The Drake fight was tense as hell, he came prepared for that.
Dude I've watched two of your videos and both have used music from more niche games I love! So cool to hear some of my favorite themes, it's not often

I've hear rumors of this video ever coming online, but I'd never imagine I would actually live to see the day.
Maybe next year we'll get the Morty video lol. Good job getting this out, was a fun video.
Juan: I fall in defeat, now take this Selfdestruct TM and go dominate the Elite Four. 🤣🤣🤣
My boss writes me up for being late. LASERED.

The IRS Agent tells me I'm due $10,728 in taxes. LASERED.

Oooo yooooooo he finished it!!!!!
It's here! NBA CENTER!! #slippygang
Well, you could still teach Surf to Feraligatr I suppose, you just can't use that move in battle, so yeah best to teach it to an HM slave.
Yeah if any double battle or single battle with 4+ Pokemon has the first Pokemon use Perish Song turn 1, that's an autolose 100%
Hail Paras.
I was just a green star back then 😂
These videos are not RUclips videos… they are a production!
Great video
I am curious as to how Rapidash was able to hit Volt Tackle even though you had lighting rod as an ability for Feraligatr???
in Gen 3 lighting rod only re-directs electric moves, it does not nullify them.
For the most part it was only an ability on ground type Pokémon in the regular game
Congratulations once again🎉
Nba center ❤❤
I was there! 🎉 NBA CENTER FTW
Wait what he made another video?
It’d be better if you didn’t stand in front of the gameplay esp when you already have yourself on the screen from the livestream
CHEEKS FOR WEEKS
Morty video when?
Bro in kaizo ironmon mod the Pokemon you're using must have a BST of 500 maximum and your feraligatr has a BST of 520

"Lazered*
Did anyone else see the heals go from 5 right before entering the E4 to 6 in the E4? !cheater 🤔
dawg I had an Iapapa berry attached walking in to the Elite 4 then swapped to a Lum putting the Iapapa back in my bag technically giving us another heal lol
it would be kinda nice to move you to the side of the footage instead of directly in front of it, good vid tho
My summary of the video. TMs are Trash. Surfing is Mid. Gigachad streamer.
