I love that we get to learn so much from you!!🙏 Your videos are so educating and cool to watch 🤗 Thanks for the Tipps 💕 Have a lovely week 😇 I'm already looking forward to your next video😘
Loved this ❤️Thank you for sharing all of this. I definitely agree less is more when it comes to skin and also to use products with as little ingredients as possible, the more ingredients listed does not mean better 🙂I've also heard a lot of great things about jojoba oil x
Thank you, Sophie! That was very educational! I've never heard about red light therapy 😳 I need to find out more 🥰😍🤩 Keep going, your channel is doing great ❤ P.S. I've also recently bought the book 'Superlife' after your recommendation (video with Hannah), it's really good 😊 Sending love!
Oh I hope you love your red light as much as I do! My skin has literally never been so smooth and glowing! Thank you so much, it means so much to me 🥺🥰❤️ ps super life is a GREAT book!
Acai, moringa acts like collagen. There is amino acids that helps the body produce collagen and a lot of them comes from plants. L lysine, l glicine and l proline. Im really alergic to animal protein or anything that comes from animal so i did my research because im prone to injury and collagen helps with that.
Since you have perfect hair, can you share how it got that way? It’s not just luck is it? Is it nutrition? What happens when you leave olive oil on your hair overnight? Really helped mine….

You were talking about staying away from exfoliaters as they create micro tears. How do you feel about chemical exfoliaters? :)
When I get a notification that you have uploeded a video, my happy time begins 📸❣️🍊♥️🥳.😘،🥰🤩❤️
Happy Christmas 🎄⛄
Yay 🥰🥰🥳
So many things I didn't know about the skin!
Would you do a full skincare routine including body?
I have been looking for natural body soap/wash that is moisturizing. Any recommendations. I live in US
have you tried weleda nourishing body lotion?
Do you recommend a topical collagen? If not, what do you recommend for anti-aging?
Yes if it’s recommended by a dermatologist! Red light therapy has been shown to increase collagen production, and reduce fine lines & wrinkles too :)
Since you have perfect hair, can you share how it got that way? It’s not just luck is it? Is it nutrition? What happens when you leave olive oil on your hair overnight? Really helped mine….
aw thank you! I think its down to good nutrition & using products without harsh chemicals!
