- This song is a remix of a remix done by Admiral Hippie, a highly influential SS13 contributor going way back. Although Hippie is a very skilled artist and has created many amazing songs and remixes, clearly they're going through some rough times so please give them space and respect their decisions. I don't have the rest of their music to upload and even if I did I'm not sure I would as it's clearly not their wish right now.

To anyone who loves ss13 as much as I do and forever will. Thank you to all the players ive had deep conversations with, silly clown antics, grey tidding, maintaining the station, being killed by power gaming traitors, laughing at the conversations in chat, roleplaying a character to hopefully bring others joy (i play clown honk), the game has changed so much over the years that i dont know if i enjoy it anymore but the memories will stay. There are hundreds and hundreds of you ive probably interacted with in game and i want to say thank you if you are reading this, its truly heartfelt after all these years. Nothing can come close to it. I hope you all live a good life, truly.

@@Grandmaster-Kush he's getting help now, but... he's guilty of rape. though he has admitted he was on a lot of drugs at the party, and he said he would come back when he's better (that he was checking himself into rehab voluntarily)
one of the remorseful and sick, I don't think he would've done anything of the sort if he had stayed with his old group of friends and for that I hope people don't put him under the same lens as those who aren't sorry for what they did

I found out about SS13 only recently from Hippie, due to his LISA-related stuff, and I think it's a real shame that he got rid of a bunch of his work

It's a shame I never got to thank him for pointing me in the direction of OneShot. Incredible game that I probably would've dismissed or spoiled myself on had my first exposure to it been anywhere else.

So, as far as I am aware, hippie's vacated the station a long time ago and only rather recently scrubbed his channel. Check your subscriptions for a channel called Scruffy, the Janitor that you don't remember subscribing to. That'd be him.

The memories of ss13's golden age will remain here. A time before the takeover by furries, a time before stupidity and loss, and broken dreams.
Maybe someday I'll try to make my own server... And try to bring back some good old memories.
Perhaps there might Come a day where the furries and freaks lose interest and leave the game. Hopefully.
I haven't played SS13 for about a year or so now, what's happened since I've left? (For reference my knowledge of events that I actually kept up with goes back to orange man bad for removing Sleepers)

@@magosheavy4023 My friend, you have missed the decay and simplification of the game. TG has been simplified further. Cloning no longer exists, intents have been hacked away and removed, replaced by a hellish and confusing set of "hotkey combos". Hardsuits are now modular and customizable. The SM is currently the only engine, and most of the coders are furries. The clock cult got the axe, and a lot of older mechanics are being destroyed.
SPLURT- The end product of all furry servers has come, and basically brought an entire wave of furry players into ss13, treating it as nothing more than a fetish game for their deluded fantasies. The owner is unironically a literal nazi, who's also armenian for some reason. (I find that funny.) It is a juggernaut, standing next to CM in terms of player count at times. There is no age restriction (as ineffective as it is), meaning the server is swamped with openly underaged people. It had murdered many of the smaller furry servers (hyper, citidel and vore) in cold blood, absorbing their population into it's horrible, twisted flesh. They have every time of fetish imaginable, and it sickens me.
There's an SCP server, but I do not know much of it, honestly. It seems good yet bad.
TGMC has become even better with newer and ever greater content, making it far better than CM.
QC bans- Quality control bans have become a thing. Essentially bans to remove "toxic" people from servers without reason, though it is abused to ban people who administration does not like. A horrible thing that should have never come about.
SS13 is becoming more and more visible to the furry community. I fear what may come of this.
Many servers are now simply dead due to all this. While we are in a golden age of spritework, art, and attention, we are in a dark age of content, full of corruption.
There is more, but I need to remember it...
