    INGREDIENTS
    ●⅔ cup (60g) oat flour
●3 tbsp (60g) maple syrup (or any other liquid sweetener)
    ●3 ½tbsp (56g) nut/seed butter of choice
    ●2 ½ tbsp (13g) cocoa powder
    METHOD
Combine the nut/seed butter and the maple syrup in a bowl and stir with a spoon.
Add the oat flour and cocoa powder and mix again.
Then, use your hands to shape the mixture into a dough.
If it’s too dry, add more maple syrup or nut/seed butter. If it’s too wet, add more oat flour, one teaspoon at a time.
Meanwhile, divide the dough into eight pieces and roll them into ropes about 1 inch (2.5 cm) thick.
Use a knife to cut the ropes into smaller pieces, about ½-¾-inch thick, then roll each of those pieces into balls with your hands.
Transfer the prepared cereal balls to the baking sheet, with space in between, and bake them for about 10-15minutes. Then leave them to cool completely.
This homemade cocoa cereal will still be soft immediately out of the oven but firm up as they cool.
Be careful not to overbake them, as they can and will burn.
Enjoy the chocolate cereal balls for breakfast with your favorite milk/dairy-free milk
Nut/seed butter: You can use peanut butter, almond butter, hazelnut butter, sunflower seed butter, etc.
This cereal is filling (a small portion can fill you up surprisingly fast)
Recipe can be doubled and tripled, but that does mean more balls to roll🤭
And of course, you can roll the balls smaller than mine to suite your taste
