Today I'm back in the Hoi An Night Market trying out a Vietnamese classic, Banh Trang Nuong. This is also known as Vietnamese Pizza and can be eaten open faced or like I'm having it today, folded up like a quesadilla.

I'm half Vietnamese and Chinese. I was born in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. My favorite cuisine is Western food. Although my meals everyday are mostly pizzas, spaghetti, fried chickens, hot dogs and sandwiches, steak. But Vietnamese pizza is one of my favorite food during my childhood. It's pricy, tasty and addictive. Now I'm still crazy about it.
I just want your channel to grow so big already. I've never watched anyone as chill/funny/awesome/entertaining.... ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

im surprised by the durability of the rice paper. it doesnt tear when the egg wash was placed and also it didnt get burned while on the grill.
