Although I enjoyed this video, much of what you have said is a repeat of your previous videos on the Ranger Raptor content. I don't want to sound negative, but just my own thoughts. It would be great for new videos to feel fresh, especially for regular viewers😀
My Raptor has the full decal kit that I really like, but I must say it looks pretty slick with no decals at all! I also have the Code Orange colour and it works really well to hide dirt and dust on the farm...
Love the ford ranger raptor but Would love to see ford sell the ford F150 raptor model over here aswel, looking forward to more videos of it, keep em coming...
I do agree with the discovery 5 being so unreliable that rack looks so cool I bet them tires cost a lot of money are you worried about your bike getting stolen from the rack of your truck always recommend getting a lockable adapter for the bike you need a new number plate that said ford raptor that would look very smart If I get a truck like that I will do a apple carplay delete because I hate apple devices I got a Samsung galaxy s24 ultra which is a very good phone the camera very good
Good video..I've got the Aus/Nz spec one with 405hp ive average 12.6L/100 (22.4uk mpg) for last 7012k since owning. I tow trailers and carry alot of tools as im a builder, I think its pretty good economy for what it is. Alot better than my ford f150. Around 17L/100. Love the raptor fun work truck, Cheers tood..
That is really good fuel economy! I have the same spec version in South Africa and my average for the last 13'000km is around 14.2l/100km with no towing and not too hectic driving most of the time. That said, our highest octane available is 95 RON and I suspect you use the 98RON in Aus that will give better economy. Also, our national speed limit is 120kph vs 110kph in Aus and the difference between the 2 is very noticeable on fuel economy.
@BravoFox27 gday.. I'm in Nz so speed limit is 100kph.. I'm rural so sometimes can't get 95 , so I just whack 91 in it. I think its great economy. I can be a Nana driver at times. But still manage to get the odd drift in here and there.
I'm always interested in mpg. Wonder what you could get out of it if you tried say for 50 miles just as an exercise. I really like it and to be honest unless I was doing big mileage wouldn't be prohibitive. Looks great and so practical. Good to hear your roundup. Cheers
My only fear with this truck is reliability,i believe that before 5 years of ownership it will start showing its true colours in terms of being unreliable,i wish Ford proves the likes of me wrong in this one. We like Fords cos they make comfortable and good looking trucks but when it comes to reliability they fall short,as the Toyota and Isuzu will out live them. This Raptor is on its own class no other truck can compare to it in its supposedly truck class in standard form.

Cheers Malcolm - I think you’re right as the USA and AUS spec has quite a bit more HP and torque off the same 3L V6. I’ve seen some people start to offer it here in the UK but I’d be worried about voiding the warranty on it!

Hey- I’ve done 6000 miles now- I’d say low 20’s if driving conservatively and you get around 18-19mpg when towing

Nice! I do like the full decal kit with the spray bits up it- mine just had the RAPTOR logo on the rear and I think it was a bit wonky so took it off!

I’m in Australia have one of these I get about 13l per 100k just average driving etc it’s ace we get the full fat 400hp though.
Mine did 13.5L/100klms flat highway driving for 3,00klms @ 105klm/hour average. Not good! (Just 2,500klms from new, hopefully it gets better)

Looks like 20 - 23 UK mpg is best you can get on steady driving. Super truck though.
