I think that Rich needs a t-shirt with the words LEAD BUNNY across the back shoulders with a big pic of that lead bunny below it.......and there's no way you can convince me that those were'nt Dougs legs. Y'all are a hoot! Been watching since day one.
As a born and bred Texan I am impressed that you knew that about Texas history. Most people who aren’t from Texas doesn’t know that about six flags. Well done!

We don't think that's the Easter bunny. It could be Peter Rabbit (Beatrix Potter) in his famous blue coat. Probably a kid's toy based on her book! NICE find!~Adam and Mary, The Country Lady Antiques in NH
It was so great to see you both again; and thank you so much for identifying my large cent I found at Digstock. I also appreciate your putting the note on the video that those weren't Dougs legs!! I would have never guessed. 🤣 Another fun hunt!!
Jason. It was an honor meeting you. Doug and Rich at digstack in North Carolina. I wish I could have found something good at DigStock it just wasn't my weekend, but we had a great time, and that's what counts. Awesome video, my friend. Carl
Great to meet you as well Carl. Nice to put a face to a name after all these years. Sorry you didn’t find much this time around but that just means your luck can only go up from here!
It’s finally drying out around here. So going to try to detect in the wheelchair. Should be interesting. But watch your videos and knowing what around here I can’t take anymore🤣
@@dogtagdoug6751 my seven year old son and I went out for a bit. Empty lot here in town. Found a 41 d wheat penny and some clad coins. Kid enjoyed every one thinking he was rich🤣 A lot harder doing it from a wheelchair but it felt great swinging the apex. Needed the work out😂 Would love to do some fields like you guys but I would spend more times stuck in the mud or soft dirt.
@@dogtagdoug6751 I was hoping not. I’ve got some movement back but can’t move the ways I want to. Can’t kick out or hold weight. But if im able to walk again that would be awesome but im slowly accepting I might not. So im trying to enjoy things in new ways. It’s been crazy rough on the family and I but we push through and enjoy everything that we can. Im still here after the heart surgery that caused this and that is what matters most for my family and I.
Those hotel keys can occasionally be found on the beach in resort areas that have been around for a long time. I’ve probably dug 10 +- on Myrtle Beach in 40 ? Years mostly after big storms.
Team Quarter Hoarder and GMM I bet! I'm sad I missed Digstock! I hope you had a blast. Can't wait to get together with you guys again! Great finds in the fields there!
Great to meet you guys at Digstock! You told me to scream like a little girl if I found anything, but when I popped my 1893-O barber quarter you guys had left already! Everyone else wondered why I was screaming, lol...
Greetings guys. Great video to bad the IHP'S were a little corroded but still cool to find and Rich's lead bunny and the large cent, Jason's two mercury dimes
It was fun to see you Diggers at Digstock! You and Matt Howell were surprisingly tall. Rich Van Winkle was in the parking lot, on Friday, waiting for your arrival..... Was that fun at Digstock?? If they go a little later in the season to the New York NH, Vermont area, I'm going again!! Those cotton fields were brutal, but my body held up well!!
Great hunts this week, even though that WAS NOT Doug's legs.. 😆 How do I go about getting autographed stickers for my coin albums? I'd love a group photo with everyone's autograph. At this point, I'm begging and will take what I can get. Great video as always.
There is a book called "The accidental super-power" that goes through America's rise to power through WWII. I don't like reading books but that is a good one
I'm new to metal detecting. In your videos I see you guys spray the silver coins but not the copper ones, Why is that? Just trying to learn the tricks of the trade. Thanks! Love the videos!
Awesome to meet you at DigStock Sunday morning! Down to earth dude and I’ll see you next year. Hopefully I’ll have better luck than this year. As soon as I got home I order the Nokta Legend and it should be here Thursday from Kelly!
I enjoy your channel. I’m not sure if I asked this before.but I know I didn’t get an answer. Knowing that it was a custom at one time to put coins on the deceased and finding buttons in same area. So I’m pretty sure the bunny is an 1940’s Uncle Wiggley game piece. There were books and games of uncle Wiggley the rabbit. I have a book from the 40’s and got a new game board version as a kid in the late 1970’s

Tombac is a type of metal alloy used on some buttons, bells, and other items from that period. It fell out of favor by around the 1820s.
