Omg, I'm so sorry for this delayed answer. I don't own an Ever After High Doll so I don't really know what size they are. But you can always change your printer settings to make the pattern larger or smaller. For example, you can try to print the pattern in 95% of it's original size to get a slightly smaller pattern. I usually sew doll clothes using scrap fabric when I test out a new pattern (so that I won't waste my nice/expensive fabrics). Sometimes I even glue the test clothes together (instead of sewing) because I'm lazy :P
***** I don't have a Dal but since they are smaller than Pullip dolls, you could try to print the PDF pattern using the printer settings to scale down the pattern a bit. Set the print size to 90% or something?

Since it's doll clothes we are talking about, I guess you can glue paper images on the shirts or use regular stickers (or anything else you can come up with). As long as you only use water based glue (and don't wash your doll clothes) it would work fine :o)

barbie and mc2 doll clothes fit pullip dolls a bit loose but fine. And surprisingly 18 inch doll accecories and head wear also fit Pullips.
