      My newborn baby girl have high testosterone 1.72 , high DHEAS greater than 1500 and 17OHP is 5.7,
      And she born with enlarged clitories,
      It causes any issue??
      Frequently testing Electrolytes tests are normal.

    Could you please also explain addison's desease the way you explain so well CAH? Does addisons result in higher cholesterol (maybe no synthesasation without working adrenal gland )? higher or lower progesterone (without working adrenal gland)? Does this mean taking less or more progesterone than "standard" after radical hysterectomy? In europe doktors are either endocrynologists or gynicologists, so maybe you can explain this missing link, if there is any
